TX Transsexual MALE gets Ticket for Using Female Restroom by Parkland Hospital Police

This is one of the reasons why I love Texas. There are still people here with some common sense!

If you are a man and have male private parts, you cannot just put on a dress and go into the women's restroom.

Seriously!

It does not matter if you want to be a woman. You can think you are and act like you are, I don't care. The bottom line though is that you are a man and you cannot use the ladies bathroom. Let's say that we go ahead and let this man use the women's restroom.

First of all, it would be disruptive because women, like the one who was in the bathroom when this transgender walked in, would fear that this man was trying to sneak into the bathroom to do something to them. There is a reason why men and women have different bathrooms!

Also, if you let this man use the women's restroom, it would open the door to any pervert and rapist to start doing the same thing. All they have to do is say they are a women and put on a dress and they get to go into any women's restroom they want. Even if there is a requirement to get a doctor's note, that is not hard to do and any pervert could get one.

The bottom line is that if you have make parts you do not belong in a women's bathroom.

Good for Parkland Hospital in Dallas and this police officer for maintaining some sort of order in this messed up world where liberals and the Dallas Voice want you to believe that a guy standing and peeing next to a woman in a ladies restroom is ok or normal. This transgender person had a driver's license that said his name is Paul and that he is a male. You did the right thing Parkland!

Below is the Story from the Houston Chronicle:

A transsexual woman was cited for disorderly conduct for using the women’s restroom at Parkland Hospital in Dallas, according to nbcdfw.com.
Parkland police cited Paula Witherspoon, whose legal name is Paul Witherspoon, for disorderly conduct on April 25….
A Parkland representative said the hospital received a complaint from a concerned female patient about a man in the women’s restroom.
“This is 2012, and I’ve been transitioning since 2006, and I’ve never had a problem until I went to Parkland Hospital,” Witherspoon said.
Witherspoon said she didn’t notice anyone else in the restroom until she walked out, the station said.
The hospital issued this statement to nbcdfw.com:
“Because of the complexity of the issue, the incident is currently under review. Parkland strives to treat patients, visitors and staff with dignity and respect, as well as provide a safe environment at all times.”
According to the Dallas Voice, Witherspoon carries a letter from psychologist Gloria Emmett explaining that her use of female facilities is consistent with how she presents herself.
“As a frequent visitor to the Dallas VA Hospital, she is expected to use facilities consistent with her external presentation, which is female,” Emmett wrote. “Please assist this Veteran by supporting the application of this ethical approach in all Dallas settings.”

  1. You do realize that women's restrooms don't have a place to STAND and pee.

  2. All right, since you want to play the "predator in the bathroom" card, I challenge you to go out and find any cases where a transsexual has done what you describe:

Show me at least one case where a rapist or other predator cross-dressed in order to facilitate their crimes.
