Stand with Tesla - Legalize Texas Sales and Buy One to Support Elon Musk and Tesla!

Texas must stand with Tesla, NOT prohibit it! The Texas Legislature should legalize Tesla sales in Texas, and Texas residents should BUY A TESLA to support this TEXAS Company and Support Elon Musk!

More info on changing Texas laws, and laws in other states, in order to legalize Tesla sales, as well as a referral discount code to buy and support Tesla cars, can be found here at BuyATesla.org

Tesla and Elon Musk do SO MUCH for Texas, from moving its headquarters here, to opening massive factories which bring jobs and money to Texas. Tesla is literally MADE IN TEXAS! It is hard to believe that Texas Laws prohibit sales of Tesla vehicles in Texas.

As Texas voters call or email your Texas State Senator, Representative, and the Texas Governor and ask them to Legalize Tesla Sales in Texas!

How does Texas prohibit direct sales of Tesla in Texas? Tesla cannot directly sell cars within the state due to the outdated Texas franchise laws. These laws prohibit automakers from selling cars directly to consumers. Tesla cannot legally sell cars directly from its Texas facilities. Instead, Texans must purchase Tesla vehicles online, with the transaction processed as an out-of-state sale—often finalized outside TX, such as in California.

Not only should Texas Republicans support Tesla because it is a Texas company that does so much for Texas, we should also support Tesla because Tesla is under attack! Without Elon Musk we likely would not have a Republican President and we would have limited free speech. Because of the massive help that Elon Musk is doing for Republicans and President Donald Trump, Elon and his companies have come under literal direct attack. Elon Musk’s SpaceX just saved two stranded astronauts and leftist radicals are fire bombing Tesla vehicles at service centers!

I know some of you Texans have historically thought of Tesla as some sort of an enemy, but it isn’t! Tesla won’t replace oil and gas, and Musk and Trump are not pushing electric vehicle sales as mandatory like past Democrat administrations have. Gas cars and EV cars can co-exist. In fact, they are a great option for Texans to consider when buying a car. I personally have both a gas vehicle and an electric vehicle and they service two different purposes. In fact, I love my Tesla better than my gas vehicles because of the speed, safety ratings, comfort, and technology such as full self driving. Most Texans that have a historically negative view of Tesla only have that view because of past Democrat admins who wanted to shove EV’s as mandatory. Well, that isn’t the case anymore; Tesla’s and gas cars can and should co-exist. In fact, if you get in a Tesla you will fall in love with how amazing they are, and they are just as affordable as any other gas vehicles nowadays! I know I did!

So for goodness sake fellow Texans, it is time to open your mind up to Tesla and support this Texas company. Tesla needs us right now. Tesla is under attack because of the support that Elon Musk has given to us Republicans - and to all Americans in his efforts to cut wasteful government spending. We should not repay Elon’s America saving action with indifference. We should stand with Elon and his companies like Texas based Tesla.

We should pass laws to legalize Tesla sales in Texas, and furthermore, we need to support this Texas company and BUY A TESLA – Tesla gives a veteran discount for those who have served, and any new buyer can get up to $1000 directly off by using a referral link. Equal Parenting added to Texas GOP Platform and Top 15 Legislative Priority - Support HB 803

For a Texas Republican Legislator, voting against HB 803 Equal Parenting Bill this legislative session would mean voting against their own party platform, and going against a top GOP issue. That is because at the Texas GOP State Convention 2020, around 8000 Texas GOP State Delegates voted to add EQUAL PARENTING as a 2020 Texas GOP Platform Plank, because kids need both parents in their lives equally.

The 2020 Texas GOP Platform Plank 94 Declares: “Equal Parenting: We support legislation providing for equal and consistent parenting time (possession and access) for every child, when both parents are fit, willing, and able as it is in the best interest of the child.”

It was a Major win in Texas for Equal Parenting and Major win for Texas Children who want and need both parents in their lives equally and less court battles tearing them apart! The idea of equal possession and access for fit parents is not a new one, but it had never been specifically addressed by the Texas Republican Party platform, or any state party that we are aware of. That is mostly due to the idea of equal parenting being common sense that kids need and should have a right to see both good parents equally, and also due to most people had no idea that the law already didn’t set equal parenting as the standard.

We took the issue of Equal Parenting to the 2020 Republican Party of Texas state convention committees and delegates. One by one, women and mothers and men and fathers testified at the state convention about how millions of children’s lives get torn apart in family court. One by one people testified about how the current family law incentivizes conflict and incentivizes parents fighting in court for more time. No one knew that the law did not already start parents off at equal possession and access with kids after two parents split with the judge being able to go lower than equal custody with just cause. No one knew that the law actually starts parents off with standard possession order which means only one parent gets every other weekend to see their kids, and if you want equal custody or even just more time than 4 nights a month you have to fight, and go bankrupt on attorneys, and be in constant conflict in court fights with the kids in the middle as pawns. No one knew how damaging and far reaching this crisis was with unequal parenting contributing to huge financial burdens on society, and unequal parenting being the primary factor in the majority of all child issues from teen crime to teen pregnancy to teen drug use to teen suicides to teen school dropouts.

When this was presented to the Texas State Convention platform and priorities committee delegates, not only was equal parenting passed out of committee unanimously as a proposed platform plank, but it was also passed out of legislative priorities committee as a top 6 priority, and then it still made the top 15 list of priorities by the full delegates before the delegates narrowed the list down to the top 8. For those of you who are not familiar with it means for equal parenting to make the top list of 15 issues, it means the Republican party of Texas made a list of issues the delegates believe are the most important issues to get passed at the next legislative session. The delegates then voted on the top eight priorities and equal parenting might not have made the top eight list of other very important pressing issues, but it was finalized as a top 15 which out of hundreds of platform issues, so being in the top 15 is huge. This is a massive win and a huge boost to equal parenting. This shows Republican Legislators that Equal Parenting is not only an important issue, but it has overwhelming support of voters. Equal Parenting is now a part of the core beliefs platform of the Texas GOP and a top issue for GOP voters.

Texas HB 803 Equal Parenting Bill is the bill that matches this new Equal Parenting Texas GOP Platform Plank. Republican Texas Representatives should vote for the bill to help kids and society, and so to not turn their back on the 8000 Texas GOP Delegates who made Equal Parenting a Republican Core Value.

Children deserve to have both a mother and father in their lives when both parents are fit willing and able. Under Equal Parenting, a court can certainly determine if one parent is abusive or not fit and under equal parenting the court can and will still not allow an abuser to have equal custody, but when the court does determine both parents are fit and both parents are willing and able to be involved equally in their child’s lives then both parents should get equal custody for the sake of the child who needs both parents. Equal Parenting does not take away discretion of a judge, it just gives them another checkbox and another tool in their toolbox. It creates the starting point as equal possession for fit parents and a judge can go down from there, instead of starting of unequal custody and parents fighting to go up from there. Equal parenting means that the new standard possession order, the new starting point, will be equal possession and access. That will be the new starting point with two good parents. The new starting point will no longer be one parent only gets four days a month. That old outdated system causes parents to fight and bicker and drag their kid to court and destroy the children’s lives as they fight over who gets more time with the child. By changing the standard possession order to have a starting point of equal parenting, millions of children who are hurting and committing suicide and committing crimes because of broken families will be helped Because there will be less fighting and less court battles and less parental alienation because both parents won’t have an option to keep fighting for no reason if both parents are fit, they will just have to do what’s best for the children and let the child see both parents equally as long as both parents are fit willing and able.

South Texas Republican Voters Not allowed to Vote Republican at Polling Places, Given Democrat Ballots Instead

Starr County, Texas, including the cities of Rio Grande City and Roma in south Texas along the Texas/Mexico border, is refusing to allow Republicans to vote at polling places, and even trying to give them a Democrat Ballot to vote with instead!
I was contacted by a Hispanic family trying to vote in Rio Grande City, TX late last week. Four different family members had gone to vote at their polling places. They unfortunately found that the county elections administration has not even supplied polling places with Republican ballots. The only place that someone can vote Republican is at the County Courthouse, instead of all the polling places where the County supplies democrat ballots for voting.
It gets worse. When these Republican voters went to vote at their polling place and asked for a Republican ballot, they were not told to go to the County Courthouse, but rather they were given a Democrat ballot and told just to vote with the Democrat ballot and the election officials told them all that Trump and everyone else will be on the November ballot.
This is shocking corruption and severe voting rights violations. This is nothing less than a scheme to alter or interfere with fair and free elections.
While it might have been a county party decision to not have voting anywhere other than the county courthouse, the problem is the Republican voters showing up to the polling places are NOT being told to go to the courthouse for a consolidated election to vote; they are just given a Democrat ballot and said just vote Democrat and wait for the November election to vote for Trump and other Republicans. That is wrong and illegal and something should be done about it
This 2020 Presidential election cycle has already been marred by election scandals. The Iowa Democrat Caucus saw the results being delayed and recounted due to irregularities and technology glitches. It is hard to imagine that in Texas, a county can suppress and interfere with voting like what has occurred this election in Starr County, TX.
South Texas has a long history of government and political corruption. One of my first articles ever written was a breaking story about a battle on the border near Roma, TX where gunfire and explosions were heard throughout the night. (VIDEO) Breaking News! GOP Rep. Sarah Davis Op-Ed BLASTS Texas Republicans for Opposing Abortion

GOP Texas State Representative Sarah Davis has slammed Republicans in a Houston Chronicle Op-Ed. Davis says Republicans should not be passing abortion restrictions because it is "not the role of the government" and "the Republican Party should not dictate to women" whether or not they can have the choice to have an abortion (which we know means the choice to kill millions of unborn babies) That, she says, should be decided by a woman and her doctor.

This Op-Ed seems to be a response to the backlash Davis has seen after a recent article that I wrote asking the Texas GOP to follow the wishes of the Texas Republican Platform and NOT give Party money to pro-abortion candidates like Sarah Davis. Many in the Texas GOP were tricked by Davis into believing she was pro-life. I think this Op-Ed should make things pretty clear to all Texas GOP officials that Davis is NOT pro-life.

Pro-abortion Republican Texas State Representative Sarah Davis is starting to show her true colors. We already know that she, the only Republican to oppose the Texas Pro Life Bills, sided with the orange clad, pro-abortion mob that was protesting the pro-life bills. It was thought though that the reason she took the anti-life stance was because she is in a district that would not elect her if she was pro-life. We now know that to be false. First, pro-life Ted Cruz won in her district with a higher percentage than her. Second, Sarah Davis has recently written an op-ed in the Houston Chronicle that goes beyond defending her pro-abortion stance. In the Op-Ed she bashes the Republican Platform and all Republicans who try to restrict abortions.

Davis outrageously claims in the Op-Ed that she is being Republican by opposing abortion restrictions because Republicans believe in a core value of freedom. I don't know how old Davis is, but I am pretty sure that opposing abortion has been a core Republican value since before she was old enough to know what a core value was. Davis obviously also does not know that the first Republican President, Abraham Lincoln, ended slavery in America. There were some people who believed in slavery for the same flawed reason that Sarah Davis believes in abortion. They said that the government should not get involved in slavery because slaves are below human and the government should not get involved between the right of a slave owner to own, beat or kill slaves. I guess Sarah Davis also believes that Abraham Lincoln was a bad Republican by using government to outlaw slavery and infringe on the freedom of a slave owner?

Someone should give Sarah Davis a copy of the Declaration of Independence. If she reads the first few lines she will see that everyone is endowed by our Creator with an unalienable right to LIFE. What about the life of the unborn baby? I believe in personal freedom too but not to the extent that it is legal to kill innocent unborn babies. You cannot exercise your freedom if you are DEAD! It just blows my mind that people actually can think that a new born baby is cute and is a human, but just seconds before when the baby was still coming out the same people think that it is just a mass of flesh that is not a human and can be slaughtered.

Davis, like all Democrats and Planned Parenthood, claims that she is NOT pro-abortion. She claims to be pro freedom like being for the freedom of someone to kill their own baby. Sarah and the Democrats use these trick words like pro-choice and pro-reproductive rights to make it sound good and it sounds like they are not for abortion when that is exactly what they are advocating for.

In the Op-Ed, after bashing abortion restrictions, Sarah Davis hypocritically says that she would have been for the abortion restrictions if there were just a couple of changes. She says that she is not opposed to restricting abortions after 5 months if only there was an exemption, for instance, for the health of the mother. This is a TRICK that Sarah Davis is using to make it sound like she is for pro-life even though she has voted against every big pro-life bill that she has ever seen as a State Representative. You see, the pro-life bills passed by Texas already have an exemption for the life of the mother. Sarah Davis was not happy with that because it restricted too many abortions so Sarah wanted to add an exemption for the health of the mother. Why? Because by adding an exemption for the health of the mother would still allow basically any abortions after 5 months because anyone could use the excuse that it is bad for their emotional health if they have the baby.
