Allen West: Will Obama Identify with Black Teens Who Killed White Boy for Fun?

On the heels of news that three Oklahoma teens allegedly shot and killed an Australian jogger for sport, former Florida Republican Rep. Allen West lashed out at President Obama and the “race industry crew.”
“‘We were bored & decided to kill somebody.’ 3 black teens shoot white jogger.Who will POTUS identify w/this time?” West tweeted Tuesday afternoon with a link to a New York Post article on the matter.

Following the acquittal of shooter George Zimmerman for the murder of Florida teen Trayvon Martin, Obama said that Martin ”could have been me 35 years ago.” Earlier, Obama had said that if he had a son, “he’d look like Trayvon.”
West cast a wider net on Facebook.
“[S]hall we hear anything from the race industry crew, Hollywood elites, or maybe Oprah Winfrey? The issue is not about proliferation of guns in America. This is about a failing black community and the fact that its young men are desensitized to violence because a gangsta culture promotes it,” West wrote on Facebook, reiterating his Twitter question. “So who will President Obama identify with in this case?”
Chancey Allen Luna, 16, and James Francis Edwards Jr., 15, have been charged with first-degree murder in the Friday shooting death of Australian baseball player Chris Lane in Duncan, Oklahoma. Michael Dewayne Jones, 17, is being charged with the use of a vehicle in the discharge of a weapon and accessory after the fact to murder.
Jones told police that the teens killed Lane “for the fun of it” and because they “were bored and decided to kill somebody.”

Justice for James: Black Cop Shoots Unarmed White Veteran in Orange, TX over Racial Slur

Justice for Trayvon Martin? How about Justice for James Whitehead? James Whitehead was a white veteran who had recently come back from war. Orange, TX Police Officer Robert Arnold (who has a history of violence) shot and killed unarmed James Whitehead. Arnold is black. Arnold was not in his uniform and did not have a badge. Whitehead got into a verbal altercation about a bad part for his vehicle. James Whitehead did not ever get violent or attack Arnold or anyone else. Whitehead was wrong to get into a verbal altercation but at most he would have gotten a ticket and a fine. Whitehead decided to stop arguing and just leave and that is when Arnold shot the unarmed man dead right on the spot. Arnold was fired for the incident and for his other violent past incidents. Even Arnold's fellow police officers wanted Arnold to be charged with murder. Arnold was never charged and got away with murder. Arnold has enlisted race baiter Lawyer Cade Bernsen (the white Al Sharpton) to sue the city claiming he was fired because he was black and not because he shot an unarmed white man.

Why is there no outrage or protests from Al Sharpton for the countless times a black person kills an unarmed White, Hispanic or Black person?

There was outrage when an unarmed black Trayvon Martin was shot and killed by Half white/half Hispanic George Zimmerman. People claimed Trayvon was shot because of race, even though Trayvon attacked and was beating Zimmerman. Even half white/half black President Obama got involved and said if Trayvon was white then he never would have been killed? Really? So unarmed white people have never been killed? Really? Does the President live under a rock? It happens all the time. James Whitehead is just one example.

I previously wrote a detailed article about Robert Arnold killing James Whitehead. In light of the current Trayvon Martin/George Zimmerman events, I have posted the full story below for all to read about what happened and how Arnold got away with Murder:

Police Officers Say Orange, TX Cop Wrongfully Killed Unarmed War Hero over Racial Slur, Now Killer Wants Back on the Force

A former Orange, Texas cop is currently trying to force the Orange Police Department to give him his job back, while at the same time, a Police Officer who worked with him wants him charged in killing the unarmed man. Plus, other officers say the investigation was rigged and falsified which led to the first grand jury handing down a no-bill. This police officer in question is Robert Arnold. Arnold (who is black) shot and killed James Whitehead (who is white). Whitehead was unarmed and sitting in his truck when he was shot. Witnesses say that Whitehead was shot in Cold Blood by Arnold after Whitehead used a racial slur.

Robert Arnold was suspended indefinitely after the killing. According to the Arnold’s Suspension Report written by the Former Orange, TX Police Chief Sam Kittrell, Arnold was suspended from the police department not only for his actions in killing the unarmed man, but also for his past acts of aggression as a police officer. For instance, Arnold once punched a young teenage girl in the face and tried to hit a man with a metal pipe but missed and instead broke his fellow police officer’s leg. The Police Chief went on to say that Arnold should have let the man get in his truck and leave and the Police Chief even said that Arnold could not have possibly felt physically threatened by Whitehead. 

Furthermore, Police Chief Sam Kittrell was surprised that Texas Ranger Ken Parks, who did the investigation, said it was clean shoot the day after shooting, even though there had been no investigation. Kittrell told Parks to slow down.

Who Was this War Hero and What Happened?

The man killed was James Whitehead. An Iraq Military Veteran who was a hero to those he served with. Whitehead wanted to return a part to an auto store because the part did not work. He got upset because he was told he could not return the part. He started cursing about wanted to get a refund. The store manager called the police. The store manager said that he did not even want to press charges against Whitehead and the store manager just wanted Whitehead to leave the store. Officer Arnold was in plain clothes and never showed a police ID or a badge. Officer Arnold went outside to get cuffs to arrest Whitehead. Whitehead went outside shortly after Arnold left because Whitehead had decided to just leave and not try to argue anymore about returning the part. Officer Arnold went to Whitehead’s truck and tried to keep him from leaving, including Arnold placing his hands on Whitehead and pulling him out of the truck, according to witnesses. Whitehead cursed and said racial slurs to Arnold and told him he was not a cop and tried to get in his truck to leave. Officer Arnold then shot and killed Whitehead while whitehead was sitting in the seat of his truck. Dr. Tommy Brown, the Jefferson County forensic pathologist who performed the autopsy on Whitehead, said that Whitehead probably was sitting in his truck when he was shot.

Was Whitehead out of line for getting so upset about not being able to return the part? Yes. Was it wrong for him to curse and use racial slurs? Yes. But you give someone a ticket for disorderly conduct for that, you don’t kill them! Whitehead, although very upset, did not once threaten to hurt anyone. He never took a swing at anyone. Even the police chief said the problem was resolved when Whitehead tried to get in his truck and leave. This guy could have easily been found and given a citation if the manager wanted to press charges. But that did not happen and, instead of diffusing the situation as a professional who is trained to do that, Officer Arnold chose to escalate the situation by using physical contact and then shot an unarmed man for no reason except that the Whitehead called him a racial slur. The most that would have come from Whitehead’s actions would have been a simple citation, and the store manager was not even going to request a citation anyways and just wanted Whitehead to leave, according to the Examiner Newspaper from Friday, April 22^nd, 2011.

Arnold will claim that he felt like Whitehead was going to kill him and so he had to shoot Whitehead, but that is simply not the case says fellow officers. Arnold put his hands on Whitehead. If someone was that aggressive they would have immediately reacted when someone touches them but Whitehead did not react physically when Arnold touched him. Not to mention Arnold left his teenage daughter in the store with Whitehead when Arnold went to his vehicle to get cuffs. James Whitehead was guilty of getting upset and going on profanity laced tirade. He did not threaten anyone with physical harm or even attempt to. 

Fellow Police Officers Say Arnold was Wrong and Should be Charged in Killing the Unarmed War Hero

Harold Hass, former Orange, TX cop who worked with Arnold has sent a letter to a New Grand Jury requesting charges against Arnold. Hass says Arnold was no-billed by the Grand Jury in November 2010 and that it was because evidence available to the prior Grand Jury was not submitted in its entirety and was incomplete due to the limited witness testimony and other facts.  Hass also says that a study of Texas Penal Code, chapter nine, does, without any doubt, reveal that James Whitehead did nothing unlawfully that day that affords Captain Arnold any type of legal justification to kill James Whitehead. 

Hass is not the only police officer who says Arnold unjustly shot Whitehead. 

Orange Police Chief Lane Martin said he does not know if Whitehead knew Arnold was a police officer and he didn’t believe that Whitehead made any furtive movements that

would have necessitated Arnold pulling his firearm and opening fire

Margo Frazier, police monitor for the city of Austin and former Travis County sheriff says, “Robert Arnold was off duty, not in uniform and didn’t have a badge,” Frazier said. “I feel he should have waited for other police officers to get there and if concerned, he should have called dispatch himself and said I need you to step it up. “Whitehead acted like a jerk, but that is not something that the penal code allows you to take his life for. Arnold pushes the issue and won’t disengage and he winds up shooting an unarmed man. I think Whitehead was trying to leave. And if he leaves, then you get the license number and everybody lives to fight another day.”

Frazier was also critical of the report done by Texas Ranger Ken Parks, saying that Parks appeared to have already made up his mind about the shooting before talking to all of the witnesses. “The investigation appears to have been conducted as if the Ranger had already come to a foregone conclusion,” Frazier said. “One of the things that bothered me was in listening to the witnesses and how they said that it wasn’t their wording in the statements. It appears the Ranger had dawn a conclusion and went forward to try and confirm that conclusion. The words the Ranger used were the ones I saw in the report as opposed to what the witnesses said. He asked leading questions and asked for agreement.”

Several Witnesses Say Arnold Shot Whitehead in Cold Blood because of Racial Slur, and they Say Arnold even Taunted Whitehead After Shooting Him.

These actual statements from these witnesses are completely different from what Texas Ranger Ken Parks wrote in his report…

Store Manager Ray Hebert says that Whitehead told Arnold to shoot him and used a racial slur, Hebert said. He saw Whitehead lean forward, then he heard a gunshot, he testified.

Randy Edwards, a man who lived down the street from the victim who was also on the scene, says that Whitehead was sitting in the passenger seat of the truck when Arnold moved toward him. Edwards said Arnold jerked the door open, stuck the gun in the truck and said, “I’m gonna kill you.” Edwards said he didn’t hear Whitehead say anything, then heard the gun go off. He said he then heard Whitehead say, “You just shot me,” and Arnold replied, “I sure did.”

Charles Bosarge, a random guy from Louisiana who happened to be in the parking lot that day, says that Arnold initiated physical contact when Whitehead was trying to leave by picking Whitehead up by the shoulders and standing him up outside the truck. Bosarge says Whitehead again told Arnold to shoot him and yelled a racial slur and that’s when Arnold shot him.

Family of James Whitehead Suing Orange Police Department Because Department Knew Arnold had Anger Problems When He Was Hired

The family of James Whitehead has filed a lawsuit against the city of Orange for knowingly hiring and keeping a violent and dangerous man on the police force. The Orange police chief even admitted that, when Officer Arnold was hired, there was a concern about an issue of anger or aggression. The police department knew he was an unstable guy and they still hired him.

To make matters worse, the family of James Whitehead will not even be able to get the Veteran Benefits owed to Whitehead because of his heroic military service. 

Conclusion:

-          I completely support law enforcement. I am a law enforcement officer. But one thing that is detrimental to good law enforcement is a bad officer. I would much rather call out the random bad officers than have them put other law enforcement officers in harm’s way.

-          The DA determines what evidence is presented to Grand Jury and how it is presented. The Grand Jury System in Texas Needs major reform to keep DA’s from being the Judge and Jury of who gets prosecuted and who gets a free pass. DA’s should be required to present all facts and evidence to a Grand Jury instead of just selected information.

-          The Orange County District Attorney needs to re-submit the evidence to a new grand jury like he said he would now that new information has come to light, or a special prosecutor needs to be brought in.

-          Robert Arnold should not get his job back later this month and the only thing he should be getting is an indictment

Black Pastor: Zimmerman was Not Guilty, Stop Looking Through Black Eyes

Dr. James David Manning, the notoriously controversial chief pastor at the ATLAH World Missionary Church in New York City, recently delivered a bold and controversial message to his congregants about the black community’s perception of the George Zimmerman trial. He urged his mostly black congregation to stop viewing the world through their “black eyes” and start looking at it through the “blood of Jesus.”

If they did that, the pastor explained, there would be no denying that the verdict in the Zimmerman was the correct one. He also told those who are convinced that Zimmerman is guilty that they only believe that because they are black.

“You are focusing on the fact that Trayvon Martin is black and you believe that George Zimmerman is white, he isn’t. His father is baptist, his mother, she’s from Peru. He’s Latin. A mix of Latin and White,” Manning said. “Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson and all that crowd jumped the gun, they thought he was white, but he isn’t.”

It should be noted that Manning is an outspoken critic of President Barack Obama (which is really an understatement as he regularly refers to the president as “long-legged mack daddy” and compares him to Hitler and Satan) and has in the past heralded the message of the “birthers.” There is no denying the pastor is a colorful and controversial character, but his sermon is still bound to cause a stir.

He called out those in the black community who refuse to consider any other possibility than Zimmerman racially profiled and killed Martin in cold blood.

“The only reason why you think that way is because you’re black,” Manning preached. “You see the world, not through the blood of Jesus, you see the world through your black eyes. You have not changed yet.”

 

He went on: “You’re black before you’re anything. You’re black before you’re Christian, you’re black before you’re holy ghost, you’re black before you’re anything. You’re blackness is greater than your religion. And that’s why with you, Zimmerman’s guilty.”

Manning told a hypothetical story about going to a sketchy part of New York City and getting stuck on an elevator with a 17-year-old black boy with a hoodie on.

“Tell me, what do you think?” he asked his congregation.

“Has it been proven over and over again that these hoodie boys rob, rape, murder and maim?! Are you afraid of him?” he added, now hollering. “You have suspicions because of that hoodie and because of the color of his skin. Ain’t no telling what’s going to happen to you on that elevator – and you know it’s true!”

Manning proceeded to criticize his audience because, according to him, they refuse to give Zimmerman the same benefit of the doubt because they are black.

“You’re not saved, you don’t know nothing about Jesus and you are full of hate,” the pastor added.

Towards the end of his message, Manning talked about how pot tends to make individuals “paranoid.” It was at this point that the sermon took a turn to the comical and somewhat bizarre in terms of the pastor’s theatrics.

“When you smoke pot, you go to 7-11. I get some munchies. I get some Skittles, I get something to drink, ’cause I got the munchies. I been smoking dope, I got the munchies,” Manning said theatrically, referring to Martin’s apparent drug use and trip to buy those items the night he was shot.

He also demonstrated how marijuana can also make a person paranoid. “Someone is following me,” the pastor said, acting out his words.

“Pot makes you paranoid, so you start acting in suspicious ways,” Manning “But see, you’ll never admit that because you’re black. There ain’t no truth in you, ain’t no Jesus in you. Ain’t no Jesus in you, condemning George Zimmerman…But he only defended himself against a pot smoking, munchie, paranoid 17-year-old boy who had been sent from his momma’s house in Miami to Sanford because she couldn’t do anything more with him.”

CNN host Piers Morgan on Wednesday made good on his offer to have conservative personality Larry Elder on his show to debate the George Zimmerman trial, Rachel Jeantel and race relations in the United States. The exchange was just as confrontational and explosive as you might expect.

Elder told Morgan that his interview with Zimmerman trial witness Rachel Jeantel was terrible as he “condescendingly” tried to convince her that she was a “victim.”

“This is a young lady who didn’t apply herself, a 19 year old who is still in high school. Instead of saying, ‘Young lady, take this as an opportunity to take stock of your life,’ you treated her like she was a victim. And that’s how you’re doing this whole thing about race and racism,” Elder said.

He went on to point out that there were 7,000 murders last year of black people, almost all of which were committed by blacks. Elder also said there have been 480 blacks killed in Chicago alone and 75 percent of the cases have gone unsolved.

“Where are the cameras, where are the shows?” Elder asked Morgan. “It’s outrageous to act as if black America should fear some non-black guy stalking some black kid at night. The likelihood of a black person being killed by a non-black person is extremely remote, which is why this became a big national issue in the first place.”

black man kills white unarmed kid claiming self defense - found not guilty - why no outrage?

this situation is very similar to George Zimmerman and Trayvon Martin. Why no outrage?

Not guilty: The verdict in the manslaughter trial of Roderick Scott. After more than 19 hours of deliberations over two days, a jury acquitted the Greece man in the shooting death of Christopher Cervini, 17, last April.

"I just want to say thank you to the people who believed in me, who stood by me,” Scott said following the verdict. “I still have my regrets for the Cervini family; it's still an unfortunate situation for them. I am happy that at least this chapter is over."
As deliberations dragged on over two days and the jury asked for testimony to be read back, Scott admits he didn't know how it would all turn out.
"I was nervous of course,” he said. “You never know what direction this whole thing is going to turn, so I have no idea. But it worked out and I feel that justice (was) served today."
Cervini's family members say justice wasn't served. They say Christopher was murdered in cold blood, that he'd never been in trouble and Scott acted as judge, jury and executioner.
"The message is that we can all go out and get guns and feel anybody that we feel is threatening us and lie about the fact,” said Jim Cervini, Christopher’s father. “My son never threatened anybody. He was a gentle child, his nature was gentle, he was a good person and he was never, ever arrested for anything, and has never been in trouble. He was 16 years and four months old, and he was slaughtered."

Trayvon Martin Protesters Beat Grandmother Trying To Rush Child To The Hospital in Houston, Texas

HOUSTON – Hundreds of people marched in protest to the George Zimmerman verdict on Monday.
“No justice, no peace,” they yelled as they walked from the Byrd Funeral Home in the 2500 block of Wheeler to the Southmore Street overpass bridge near Highway 288.
Just after 7p.m. Monday, the demonstrators spilled out onto the road and blocked traffic for about 15 minutes.
“I looked up and I see all the protesters, they’re everywhere,” said Georgia, who asked that her last name not be used. “So, we got into the traffic and they’re stopping us and not letting us go.”
Georgia was on her way to Texas Children’s Hospital in the Medical Center because her 7-year-old granddaughter was having an allergic reaction to some medication.
Georgia’s daughter was driving and tried to go around the demonstrators by driving on the grassy shoulder.
“One of them was hitting the windshield and I was just screaming, ‘We’ve got to get to the hospital,’ and they were screaming and chanting,” she said. “All I could think of was, I got to get my granddaughter to the hospital.”
“My mom rolled down the window,” said Georgia’s daughter. “She said, ‘We’re trying to get my granddaughter to the hospital,’ and a guy just started hitting her.”

O’Reilly Tears Into Obama’s Race Speech: President Has ‘No Clue’ How To Combat ‘Gangsta Culture’

Bill O’Reilly opened his show Monday night by examining President Obama‘s Friday afternoon speech on race and the Trayvon Martin case. O’Reilly began by saying Obama was “correct in addressing the race issue” but then proceeded to hammer the president for failing to address the “real” problems facing the African-American community.
“The sad truth is that from the president on down, our leadership has no clue, no clue at all about how to solve problems within the black community,” O’Reilly said. “And many are frightened to even broach the issue. That’s because race hustlers and the grievance industry have intimidated the so-called ‘conversation,’ turning any valid criticism of African-American culture into charges of racial bias.” He said it’s these attitudes that have forced African-Americans to “fend for themselves in violent neighborhoods.”
Coming back to Trayvon Martin specifically, O’Reilly said there is only evidence that George Zimmerman “profiled” the 17-year-old because he was “dressed in clothing sometimes used by street criminals”–not his skin color. “It was wrong for Zimmerman to confront Martin based on his appearance,” he said. “But the culture that we have in this country does lead to criminal profiling because young black American men are so often involved in crime.”
This led O’Reilly to pinpoint the primary cause of these statistics: “The disintegration of the African-American family.” More than anything else, he chalked up black crime to the fact that “73% of all black babies are born out of wedlock,” a problem that he said Obama and other civil rights leaders refuse to address. He also pointed fingers at the entertainment industry, and particularly “gangsta culture,” for “encouraging irresponsibility” and “glorifying bad behavior.”

Did ABC News Deceptively Edit Zimmerman Minority Juror’s Controversial Interview To make it Sound as if she thought he was Guilty of Murder?

ABC News is being accused of deceptively editing, or at least misrepresenting (intentionally or not), some of the comments made by Juror B29, the lone “nonwhite” juror in the George Zimmerman murder trial. Further, the media as a whole are being accused of manipulating some of her statements.

These allegations come not from a conservative news source, but rather from Slate.com.

The key phrase latched onto by most media outlets, due to its sensational nature, was “George Zimmerman got away with murder” — words that were, in fact, said by Juror B29. But the full unedited video of the comment, in context, tells a different story, claims Slate’s William Saletan.

ABC News hasn’t posted a full unedited video or transcript of the interview. The video that has been broadcast—on World News Tonight, Nightline, and Good Morning America—has been cut and spliced in different ways, often so artfully that the transitions appear continuous. So beware what you’re seeing. But the video that’s available already shows, on closer inspection, that Maddy has been manipulated and misrepresented. Here are the key points.

The phrase “got away with murder” was put in her mouth. Nightline shows ABC interviewer Robin Roberts asking Maddy: “Some people have said, ‘George Zimmerman got away with murder. How do you respond to those people who say that?’ ” Maddy appears to reply promptly and confidently: “George Zimmerman got away with murder. But you can’t get away from God.” But that’s not quite how the exchange happened. In the unedited video, Roberts’ question is longer, with words that have been trimmed from the Nightline version, and Maddy pauses twice, for several seconds, as she struggles to answer it. “… George Zimmerman … That’s—George Zimmerman got away with murder. But you can’t get away from God.”

You have to watch her, not just read her words, to pick up her meaning. As she struggles to answer, she looks as though she’s trying to reconcile the sentiment that’s been quoted to her—that Zimmerman “got away with murder”—with her own perspective. So she repeats the quote and adds words of her own, to convey what she thinks: that there’s a justice higher than the law, which Zimmerman will have to face. She thinks he’s morally culpable, not legally guilty.

The February 2012 shooting death of 17-year-old Trayvon Martion might never have happened if school officials in Miami-Dade County had not instituted an unofficial policy of treating crimes as school disciplinary infractions. Revelations that emerged from an internal affairs investigation explain why Martin was not arrested when caught at school with stolen jewelry in October 2011 or with marijuana in February 2012. Instead, the teenager was suspended from school, the last time just days before he was shot dead by George Zimmerman.
Trayvon Martin was not from Sanford, the town north of Orlando where he was shot in 2012 and where a jury acquitted Zimmerman of murder charges Saturday. Martin was from Miami Gardens, more than 200 miles away, and had come to Sanford to stay with his father’s girlfriend Brandy Green at her home in the townhouse community where Zimmerman was in charge of the neighborhood watch. Trayvon was staying with Green after he had been suspended for the second time in six months from Krop High School in Miami-Dade County, where both his father, Tracy Martin, and mother, Sybrina Fulton, lived.
Both of Trayvon’s suspensions during his junior year at Krop High involved crimes that could have led to his prosecution as a juvenile offender. However, Chief Charles Hurley of the Miami-Dade School Police Department (MDSPD) in 2010 had implemented a policy that reduced the number of criminal reports, manipulating statistics to create the appearance of a reduction in crime within the school system. Less than two weeks before Martin’s death, the school system commended Chief Hurley for “decreasing school-related juvenile delinquency by an impressive 60 percent for the last six months of 2011.” What was actually happening was that crimes were not being reported as crimes, but instead treated as disciplinary infractions.
In October 2011, after a video surveillance camera caught Martin writing graffiti on a door, MDSPD Office Darryl Dunn searched Martin’s backpack, looking for the marker he had used. Officer Dunn found 12 pieces of women’s jewelry and a man’s watch, along with a flathead screwdriver the officer described as a “burglary tool.” The jewelry and watch, which Martin claimed he had gotten from a friend he refused to name, matched a description of items stolen during the October 2011 burglary of a house on 204th Terrace, about a half-mile from the school.
However, because of Chief Hurley’s policy “to lower the arrest rates,” as one MDSPD sergeant said in an internal investigation, the stolen jewelry was instead listed as “found property” and was never reported to Miami-Dade Police who were investigating the burglary. Similarly, in February 2012 when an MDSPD officer caught Martin with a small plastic bag containing marijuana residue, as well as a marijuana pipe, this was not treated as a crime, and instead Martin was suspended from school.
Either of those incidents could have put Trayvon Martin into the custody of the juvenile justice system. However, because of Chief Hurley’s attempt to reduce the school crime statistics — according to sworn testimony, officers were “basically told to lie and falsify” reports — Martin was never arrested. And if he had been arrested, he might never have been in Sanford the night of his fatal encounter with Zimmerman.
In fact, the reason Zimmerman was patrolling the townhouse community the night of the February 2012 shooting was that there had been a rash of burglaries in the neighborhood, although there was no indication that Trayvon Martin was involved in any of those crimes.
As for Chief Hurley’s policy, it was the controversy over Martin’s death that accidentally exposed it. In March 2012, the Miami Herald reported on Martin’s troubled history of disciplinary incidents at Krop High. Chief Hurley then launched the internal affairs investigation in an attempt to find out who had provided information to the reporter. During the course of that investigation, MDSPD officers and supervisors described Chief Hurley’s policy of not reporting crimes by students. Chief Hurley was subsequently accused of sexually harassing two female subordinates. He resigned in February, about a year after Trayvon Martin’s death.

Video Shows Journalist Being Attacked During On-Camera Interview at Zimmerman Protests

Dave Bryan, who works for local CBS affiliate CBS2/KCAL9 in Los Angeles, was reporting on the George Zimmerman protests in his area Monday night when he was unexpectedly assaulted on camera.

Though the news was released late Monday, video has now surfaced of the altercation.

Bryan appeared to have been conducting an interview when he was unexpectedly shoved to the ground by an individual in dark clothing.  The apparent assailant immediately ran away after the attack.

The scene on the camera becomes chaotic, before the image focuses back in on the fleeing individuals.

“You alright, man?” Bryan is immediately asked, as he stands up and recovers his composure.

The reporter’s station released a statement with more information: “While covering the disturbances in the Crenshaw District Monday night, a CBS2/KCAL9 news crew was assaulted by a lone assailant…The suspect then ran away. The crew was treated for minor injuries.”

Black Mob Beats Hispanic Man. Mob Yelled "this is for Trayvon"

Baltimore police say they are investigating a witness account that a group of black youths beat a Hispanic man near Patterson Park Sunday while saying, "This is for Trayvon."

A witness posted the account on a community Facebook page, and police confirmed they are looking into whether the suspects' reaction to the verdict in the Florida trial of George Zimmerman played a part in the incident. A police report on the beating does not mention the alleged comments.
Sgt. Eric Kowalczyk, a police spokesman, declined to go into further detail.

 

In a post that drew nearly 50 comments on Facebook, real estate agent Christina Dudley said she was walking to her car just before 9 p.m. when she saw several young black males and two black females chasing a 37-year-old Hispanic man west on North Linwood Avenue past East Fairmont Avenue.
"One of the boys had a handgun out and it was pointed at the back of him," Dudley said in an interview.
They caught up to the man at the corner of Fairmount and N. Streeper Street, and the male with the gun beat the victim with what appeared to be his gun while others kicked and stomped him, Dudley said.
"They were just yelling and calling him names as they ran after him, but once they were hitting him and after that they started yelling, "This is for Trayvon, [expletive]," said Dudley, who heard the chant repeated multiple times.
Dudley and a woman walking her dog across the street told the group to stop and warned that they were calling 911. The group scattered before police arrived. Police have no arrests or named suspects.
Using a translator, police spoke to the victim, who knows some English, according to the police report. The victim told officers that he was standing in the intersection of Fairmont and N. Potomac Street when a group of five black males first approached him.
He described all of the males as between 16 and 18 and told police a 6-foot suspect with a black "stretchy" shirt and mohawk told him, "What's up, [expletive]." When the victim raised his phone to call 911, the suspect raised his shirt and flashed a silver handgun in his waistband.
The victim turned and ran before he was caught in the 2800 block of Fairmont and was beaten, police said. He sustained abrasions to his elbows and forearms but refused medical attention.
Police listed all of the suspects involved as black males. Three were "skinny" while one was described as overweight.

Four Children Gunned Down in Chicago During Zimmerman Trial

(CNSNews.com) – In the 20-day period of the George Zimmerman trial, four minors – three teens and a five-year-old boy - were gunned down in Chicago, according to Homicide Watch Chicago, a Chicago Sun-Times publication, which details every murder that takes place in the city.
On June 28, five-year-old Sterling Sims was killed in a double murder that also claimed the life of his mother, 31-year-old Chavonne Brown. Both were shot in their apartment, and police believe the motive was robbery.
On July 1, 16-year-old Antonio Fenner was gunned down on the sidewalk next to the body of a 32-year-old man who had gang ties. No arrests were made, and no suspects have been named. Fenner’s mother believes her son was in the wrong place at the wrong time, because no one in her family knew the other victim or what Fenner’s association was to him.
On July 3, 14-year-old Damani Henard was murdered outside a high school. His body was found next a bicycle.
On July 9, 15-year-old Ed Cooper was shot and killed while spending time with friends at the park. A gunman got out of a black van and began firing as the boys ran away. Cooper was shot in the street and continued running to a vacant lot where he died.

According to Drudge Report, George Zimmerman has been found NOT GUILTY in the death of

Trayvon Martin. Will race riots follow this verdict?

This closes an ugly chapter in the history of America. A chapter where a man was indicted and put on trial due to racial tensions and not based on any evidence. The media altered tapes. They even said Zimmerman was white to make him seem more racist even though he is Hispanic

Everyone has a right to defend themselves when they are getting their head bashed into the pavement.

It was a bad situation and a kid was tragically killed. But it was not murder and no matter if Zimmerman went too far following Martin, Zimmerman had a right to defend himself from the kid who, maybe driven by fear or drugs, jumped Zimmerman and tried to beat him down.

Dem. Rep. Sheila Jackson Lee Disrespects Soldiers at Texas Army National Guard & Abusive to Staff Lawsuit

Democrat Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee is being sued by a former staffer who claims that Lee was abusive to her and showed no regard for her disability.

I could have told you that she doesn’t treat her staff well just from what I have seen with my own eyes. She also does not seem to care too much about soldiers based on how I saw her treat them in Houston last year.

Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee Disrespects Soldiers at Houston Army National Guard event with Race Based Speech and showing up late. She was also Abusive to her staff at this event by treating them like maids and butlers.

On Feb. 4^th, 2012, there was a grand opening of an Army National Guard/Reserves super armory in north Houston, TX.

Several officials were invited to a big ribbon cutting ceremony. Sheila Jackson Lee was also invited because this armory happens to be in her district. Sheila Jackson Lee was a Keynote speaker for the event.

The trouble started when Lee was late to the ribbon cutting. The event could not start without her and the soldiers/officials just had to wait in a room, missing important training/work time, until Rep. Sheila Jackson Lee arrived nearly an hour late. She is a Congresswoman, so you might be thinking that maybe she had some important business to do. Wrong. The reason she was late is because they could not find the armory. Yes, the congresswoman had no idea where the new military super-armory was located in her district.

When Lee finally arrived at the armory, she was already late, but she still sat in her car for another several minutes texting /doing something on her phone while the soldiers and officials waited inside.

When Lee was finished on her phone, I was very surprised to see what happened next. Instead of opening the door of her car, she gave a horrible stare towards her staffer to get his attention and then looked down at the car door. This was your highness Lee’s way of telling her butler, I mean staffer, that he better come open the door for her right now because it is beneath the Congresswoman to open her own door. So much for all the talk from Democrats about how they connect with the regular person right? The staffer rushed over and opened the door and the Congresswoman finally got out of the car to go into the event.

Then there was her speech. It had little to do with the military. The most insulting part was that she kept talking about race and about how you “don’t judge the book by its color/cover.” The room was filled with all different races from black to white to Hispanic. The military is very diverse and does not have issues with segregation or even much discrimination. Soldiers in the military, especially in the armory she was speaking at, are of all different races and ranks and they work together very well and have for many decades. The soldiers of course kept their bearing and acted professional in front of the Congresswoman at the event, but her speech created a lot of talk and head scratching by the soldiers who were wondering who this person was and why she was lecturing the diverse group about race. It is funny to think back and recall her taking about not judging because Sheila Jackson Lee was certainly quick to judge when she declared Zimmerman guilty of murdering Trayvon Martin based on race, and she even claimed George Zimmerman broke his own nose. So much for not judging and innocent until proven guilty…

After the speech, congresswoman lee was supposed to go on a tour of the new facility. She didn’t. Sheila Jackson Lee said that she needed to go so they took a couple of pictures with her before she ran out the door, including a picture with her holding big scissors cutting the grand opening yellow ribbon. That picture is hanging on the armory wall as a constant reminder of the disconnect between Sheila Jackson Lee and men and women in the military. The hypocrisy is that Lee told the media that she took a tour of the facility, and that was what got reported, even though she did not even tour the facility.

So the moral of the story is that it is not just staff that Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee abuses. She also does not care too much about the soldiers except to use them for a photo-op and news story.

Did Obama’s Immorality Influence Secret Service Agents in Colombian Prostitute/Sex Scandal?

Regardless of whether or not you are a soldier in the military or a federal agent, your actions are a reflection of your leadership. 

Soldiers in a military unit will be squared away if they have good leadership. The leadership sets the tone for the entire unit. If soldiers in a unit know that their commander will nail them to the wall for not following the standards then the soldiers of that unit will generally be well trained, display professionalism and follow the standards. Why? Because regardless of their personal beliefs or morals, they know that this is what the leadership expects and they will be in trouble if they don’t. On the other hand, if you are in a unit where the commander does not enforce the standards, or does not follow the standards himself/herself, then the soldiers of that unit will generally not follow the standards and will push the limits to see what they can get away with before they will get into trouble.

This is not to say that a unit will not have a couple of individual knuckleheads who just will not follow the rules even if they have a good commander. There will always be one or two outliers in any organization. In general though, the soldiers of a unit with a good commander will be squared away while the soldiers in a unit with a bad commander will be ate up. (Pardon my military terminology)

The actions of the Secret Service reflect poorly upon President Obama

This Colombian prostitute/sex scandal did not just involve one or two bad Secret Service agents. This scandal involved an entire unit of Secret Service agents and even military personnel. When an entire unit is corrupted, that tells me the problem also has to do with the leadership of this unit and the moral environment that these agents work in.

I know what you are thinking. How can the President be responsible for the actions of this unit when the President is over thousands of units as President Commander in Chief? Shouldn’t the blame fall on the supervisor of just that unit? The answer is that the blame should fall on both the supervisor and the President. You see, the Secret Service is unlike any other organization. They are constantly with or near the President. They are directly influenced by the President. They see him in public and in private. They know intimately how the President acts and how he enforces legal and moral standards.

I am not at all inferring that President Obama knew about this sex scandal or has been involved in anything like this. What I am inferring is that if these Secret Service agents were around a President who displayed high moral integrity and respected the rules and standards on a daily basis, then it is very unlikely that they would have gotten themselves involved in this sex scandal in the first place. They would have been too scared to get involved in this scandal. They would have known that their actions would not be tolerated and would get them into trouble.

These Secret Service agents were not scared though. This was not just a bad decision by one agent done in secret so that no one else would know. This was an entire group of agents. For them to all get together and do this tells me that they did not feel that what they were doing was wrong or that they would even get into trouble for doing it. The environment these agents are in with the President must be very lax when it comes to moral standards for them to even think that this was acceptable or that they could get away with it.

I am not a secret service agent, nor am I near the President, so I cannot know how the President acts when he lets loose behind closed doors. I do know how he acts publicly though, and his public disregard for the law and morality downright scares me.

How can we expect Americans in general, let alone the Secret Service agents, to uphold the law and have moral integrity if our own President does not seem to?

The President has a duty to uphold and defend the laws of the United States of America. The President can work to overturn a law, but the President cannot just unilaterally decide to toss out a law. That is what President Obama seems to have done though. The following list contains just a few of the instances where President Obama has refused to uphold the legal standards and/or displayed low moral integrity.

1)      The Defense of Marriage Act is a law that has been passed by Congress and signed by the President. President Obama has openly stated that he will not defend or respect the Defense of Marriage Act.

2)      President Obama has not enforced internet pornography laws. Online pornography is a contributing factor to prostitution and sex trafficking. Just as a secret service agent involved in the sex scandal (last line sarcasm)

3)      President Obama is disregarding the Constitution in regard to Obamacare by forcing Americans to engage in commerce and purchase private health insurance, and also by forcing religious organizations to pay for a private service that goes against their religious beliefs.

4)      President Obama is openly refusing to enforce immigration laws or take the measures needed to defend our borders. Furthermore, when the President could not get the Dream Act passed, he effectively implemented the Dream Act unilaterally by directing federal agencies to be lax in enforcing the law.

5)      President Obama is immorally spending trillion of dollars more than what the government can pay back. The national debt is more than 15 trillion and that is an amount that seems impossible to even be able to pay back. It will surely get passed off to our children and grandchildren who will have to pay it back. Having debt can and will lead to massive problems now and further down the road. Just ask the secret service agent who got his sex scandal made public because of an unpaid debt (last line sarcasm)

6)      President Obama immorally supports Partial Birth Abortion in which an American’s life is taken from them as they are being born by getting stabbed in the back of the neck before they come out. Furthermore, President Obama supports funneling millions of dollars to Planned Parenthood (an abortion provider) even though tax money is not supposed to pay for abortions. This federal money to Planned Parenthood effectively goes to paying for abortions even though the money was not technically given to Planned Parenthood to pay for abortions.

7)      Obama was willing to refuse paying the US Soldiers fighting for freedom because Planned Parenthood funding was more important that paying our military members.

8)      President Obama has immorally and unprofessionally created racial divides by using the DOJ to be racially biased in their decisions (like the DOJ not prosecuting the New Black Panthers but then turning around an unconstitutionally blocking the Texas Voter ID Law). Obama’s other actions have also caused racial divides instead of bringing races together. For instance, Obama has created a “Blacks for Obama” organization. Would it be acceptable for a white candidate to create a “Whites for Romney” organization or a “Whites against Obama” organization? Obama has also created racial divides between blacks and Hispanics and whites and blacks by taking the side of black Trayvon Martin against Hispanic George Zimmerman based on race/emotion and not fact, and also taking the side of a black professor over a white police officer based on race and not facts.

Those are just some of the instances where President Obama has publicly not followed the standards or has displayed low moral integrity.

And we wonder why these Secret Service agents did not follow the standards or display moral integrity by getting involved, as a group, in this Colombian Prostitution and Sex Scandal.

For the record, I think there are many great and very moral Secret Service agents serving their country and it is a shame that this scandal and bad leadership will taint the good work that they are doing and have done.

Is Obama White? False Race Card in Black Trayvon Shooting will Hurt Obama, Democrats, and Push Away Hispanics

Democrats and Minority Groups are falsely and hypocritically playing the race card in Florida case of Hispanic George Zimmerman shooting and killing of Black Trayvon Martin. This will come back to hurt Democrats, Minority Groups, like the NAACP, and even Obama

-Some groups are seemingly breaking the law by soliciting the murder of Zimmerman. The New Black Panther Party has offered a $10,000 reward for the capture of Zimmerman Dead or Alive. You won't find Eric Holder and the DOJ charging them with anything though.  

-If the liberal media wants to say that Zimmerman is white then they must also declare that Obama is white and is not the first black President because Obama is half white too!

-New police reports say that Trayvon was suspended for having weed and Trayvon violently attacked Zimmerman

-Even former NAACP leader C.L. Bryant has accused Sharpton and Jackson of exploiting Trayvon Martin to racially divide the country.

Instead of bringing races together in American, the Democrats and minority groups like the NAACP are driving even more wedges between racial groups in America by alienating Hispanics with cries of racism. Instead of focusing on the actions of this one man, they are making this case a nationwide race card platform and also a platform advocating for more gun control.

Let me make one thing clear. My article is about racial hypocrisy surrounding this shooting and how it will backfire on Obama and the Democrats as they alienate Hispanics by playing the race card. My article is not written to take the side of Zimmerman or Martin. I personally think that things are probably a little more complicated than what the media makes things out to be though. No one really knows the facts yet and most people are just going off of emotion. People have every right to be upset and demand more answers about what happened and why an unarmed teen was shot and killed. No one is arguing against that. Heck, I want to know what happened too! I want the truth to come out and justice to be done too. I suspect that when emotions are taken out of the equation and the facts come out, it is not as open and shut a murder as people think. For instance, Martin was a 6'2" football player suspended from school for having weed, and not a little kid like the picture on the news portrays him as. Trayvon's recent tweets show his violent, sexist and Extremely Vulgar side. Also, police have released new facts and evidence corroborating what Zimmerman and witnesses have claimed, that Zimmerman was attacked, was the one crying for help, and was having his head pounded into the ground by Trayvon when Zimmerman shot in self defense. Again, I am not defending Zimmerman. I am just showing how the media has completely distorted this instead of letting everyone see the truth. I do not know what happened that night and I do not know whether or not Zimmerman started the fight and committed murder. I just know that this media storm is being driven by pure emotion and racism. I think the actual facts of the case are probably a little more complicated than people think. At the very least, Zimmerman should face a trial and be judged by a jury who can see the actual facts and decide whether or not Zimmerman broke any laws that night.

Not everyone wants just a trial and the truth though... some people are bringing race into this and using this tragic death as a pulpit to try to spew racial hatred and stir up racial tensions.

Al Sharpton, Jesse Jackson, NAACP and New Black Panthers are all up in arms because they say Trayvon Martin getting shot and killed by George Zimmerman in Sanford, FL had to do with race.

This death had NOTHING to do with race. Zimmerman, whether right or wrong, has a history of calling the police and following ANYONE of ANY race.

In the 911 call, Zimmerman did not display any racism. Zimmerman himself is a Spanish speaking Hispanic minority who has black friends/family members and has no history of racism. One of Zimmerman's black friends, Joe Oliver, has even gone on the news to defend Zimmerman against accusations that he is a racist. Oliver said that there were recent break-ins and Zimmerman was trying to stop another one from happening. He said Zimmerman did not want to kill anyone and cried for days after he shot Trayvon.

Turning this tragic death into a soapbox to divide the country along racial lines with cries of racism is going to backfire.

Even former NAACP leader C.L. Bryant has accused Sharpton and Jackson of exploiting Trayvon Martin to racially divide the country.

This Turmoil will Push Hispanics away from Democrats, Obama, and Minority Groups like the NAACP

Hispanics are generally conservative, but they have stuck with the Democrats because they have been tricked into believing that the Democrats, and minority groups like the NAACP, are on their side. Minorities like blacks and Hispanics stick together right? It was easy for Hispanics to stick with the Democrats and watch the Dems and NAACP play the race card as long as the race card is only being played against whites. Now the race card is being played against Hispanics in the national media and Hispanics are being portrayed as racists, things will change.

I would expect that Hispanics, who have already started to wake up and realize that the Republican Party is where they belong because of their conservative values, will be turned away from Democrats even more now that the tide has turned and the Democrats and the NAACP have played the Race Card against Hispanics. The Democrats and NAACP have made a potentially fatal move in an important election year. By attacking Hispanics using the false race card, they are turning their political "allies" into the enemy and are driving a wedge in between the minority groups. This will open the eyes of Hispanics. Hispanics will feel betrayed and attacked by being painted as racist against blacks. Hispanics will wake up to the realization that the Democrats and these other minority groups do not care about them and they will open up even more to the Republican Party. Hispanics will see that Republicans have the right values and stand on solid foundations, instead of shaky foundations based on promises and racism like the Democrats.

Some liberal media outlets, like PBS, have realized that attacking a Hispanic as being racist against blacks will hurt the Democrats and so some of these news outlets have actually been falsely stating that Zimmerman is white. Zimmerman is a Spanish speaking Hispanic and is NOT white. Sure, Zimmerman has some white in him, but so does Obama. Zimmerman is as white as Obama is White. If the liberal media wants to say that Zimmerman is white then they must also declare that Obama is white and is not the first black President because Obama is half white too! The general public is not stupid. The general public has seen pictures of Zimmerman and knows he is Hispanic and not White.

This Turmoil will Back fire against Obama and the DOJ

Sharpton and Jackson and the NAACP brought the Department of Justice into this situation. After all, Obama and Eric Holder will surely be able to do what the local police have not and press charges against racist Zimmerman right? Wrong. The DOJ cannot get involved in State investigations unless they are able to find beyond a reasonable doubt that racism was the motive in the shooting. That is the only way they can arrest and charge Zimmerman for a federal hate crime.

The DOJ will likely NOT be able to charge Zimmerman because there was no racial hatred involved. I am not saying a crime was not committed. I am saying that race was not involved. The DOJ might be watching but they will ultimately not file hate crime charges and will leave it up to the state to handle the case/trial.

This inaction by the DOJ means that Obama and the DOJ will have "failed" in the eyes of those in the black community who want nothing less that hate crime charges.

Not only will Obama eventually fail the black community in this situation by not being able to press charges, he has already made a mistake in this situation by personally commenting on an ongoing, state investigation. Obama's comment on this ongoing investigation was more than just a simple comment though. Obama's comment brought emotion and race into the situation by saying that Trayvon could look like his son if Obama had a son.

This Turmoil shows the racial hypocrisy of Al Sharpton, NAACP, and Jesse Jackson.

"Jesse Jackson says that blacks are under attack" in response to this teens killing.

He is right, blacks are under attack, but not by Zimmerman, Hispanics or Whites.

Blacks are under attack by abortion. Planned Parenthood was started in an effort to keep the black population down, and continues to target blacks. More blacks are killed by abortion that by anything else.

Blacks are also under attack by blacks.

According to the DOJ, blacks in America represent only about 12% of the overall population, and yet blacks commit over 52% of all murders in America, and the majority of blacks who get killed are killed by other black people. Specifically, in 2010, 2720 Black Americans were murdered, 2569 of them were killed by fellow Blacks. In 2010, 218 Blacks were murdered by white people.

If Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson really wanted to help the black community from getting attacked and killed then they need to turn their attention on addressing black on black violence.

Instead, they continue to show their racial hypocrisy by pulling the race card in a situation where race is not involved and trying to make it seem as though all other races hate and want to kill the black race.

Why do Sharpton and Jackson not care about the 9 month old baby who was gunned down in Detroit? Why no outrage and marches through Detroit to find the killer of this innocent baby? Oh yeah, because the killer is likely not a white person and so Jackson and Sharpton do not care about that dead child because they cannot pull the race card. How about the white, unarmed war veteran, James Whitehead, who was shot in cold blood by a black off duty police officer Robert Arnold in Orange, TX? Where is the national outrage of the racially charged attack where a 13 year old white boy was set on fire earlier this month in Kansas where the attackers said "You get what you deserve, white boy." Oh yeah, they don't care about that injustice because they cannot pull the race card. In fact, there are 15,000 to 20,000 murders of babies, children, adults, senior citizens each year. Why not care about any of those murders?

Racial hypocrisy over the years has made it painfully clear that Al Sharpton, NAACP, New Black Panthers, and Jesse Jackson do not care about Justice for all. They only care about Justice when they can get in the national spotlight and pull the race card against any race other than the black race.

The Mainstream Media clearly has clearly used old pictures to make Zimmerman look criminal and make Trayvon look like an innocent kid. They doctored pictures of Trayvon Martin!

The media intentionally has tried to make Trayvon look like a child by using a picture of Trayvon from years ago instead of using recent pictures that show him grown up and instead of 6'2".
