Drunk Texas Soldier Attacks Bartender in Italy with Butter Knife - Bizarre International incident

You heard it here first...

He got to go on a sweet active duty mission to Italy because he was one of the top 3 soldiers at the 2013 Texas Non-Commissioned Officer of the Year competition. Now he is just lucky that he did not get charges filed against him in Italy after he, according to eyewitnesses, went on a drunken butter knife attack and created an international incident. The soldier's name will not be revealed because he has not been charged with anything (yet), but what witnesses say he did is just bizarre. Alcohol is a dangerous mind altering toxin and unfortunately many people drink too much on a regular basis and, well, incidents like this happen.

According to witnesses who saw the incident in Italy, the soldier had too much to drink so the bartender cut him off. The Sergeant then got upset and attacked the bartender with a butter knife. Thankfully the dull bade did not do much damage and the bartender got away. He then went on a rampage through the bar and destroyed tens of thousands of dollars worth of property by "donkey kong smashing" things. He was tracked down by other soldiers who followed his blood trail down to the river. He was found hiding down by the river in some bushed trying to get away from the communists who he thought were chasing him. By the time NCIS got there, the incident was over and the soldier was captured, but the damage he did in Italy was extensive. The bartender did not press charges for getting attacked by the knife wielding soldier because there were no major injuries from the butter knife. Thankfully it was not a steak knife or he might have been killed. It is unknown if the military investigation is over and what actions the military will be taking against him, but I cannot imagine the soldier getting a free pass after crating this international incident. Don't get me wrong, he might have many years of honorable service overseas under his belt and it is unfortunate that his career is likely over, but he made the decision to drink and he could have killed someone so he has to face the consequences.

We have been hearing a lot of grumbling on the news recently about the sexual assault problem in the military. Well how about the alcohol problems that cause MANY problems in the military. It is not just the military either. America has an alcohol problem. Alcohol is the leading killer of youth and young adults and nearly half of the tens of thousands of fatal accidents involve alcohol. Alcohol plays a big factor in many crimes, assaults and domestic abuse.

It was not long ago that a soldier in my unit had to end his military career short and is facing the possibility of hard time after he got drunk and hit 2 road workers in Lumberton, TX.

Border Patrol Detains & Harasses TX Soldier; Deletes Cell Phone Video of Incident

A Texas National Guard soldier has filed an official complaint and a freedom of information request regarding an incident where the Border Patrol wrongfully detained him, harassed him, made fun of the National Guard, and even took his cell phone and deleted the video of the incident before setting him free after determining that he had done nothing wrong.

The individual filing the complaint is my brother, James Bellow. He has served with the Border Patrol on the Texas border in the Army National Guard. He completely supports securing the border and completely supports catching drug traffickers as they travel across the border and through Texas. I have written several articles in support of the border patrol and have advocated for more to be done to secure the border. I also wish that President Obama would do more to support the family of the border agent killed by guns in the failed ATF gunrunner program. Obama has gotten involved in the death of Trayvon Martin but he has not said one thing to the family of the border agent killed. So my brother and I completely support the Border Patrol and the border mission. On the other hand, we know that there is a level of professionalism that federal officers are expected to adhere to. What happened to him was in no way professional and possibly illegal due to them deleting video from his cell phone. He called me and told me what happened. I told him to immediately file a complaint and request the video from the checkpoint as evidence.

On April 2nd, 2012 at approximately 4:10 p.m., as I was passing through the Falfurrias checkpoint (not a border crossing but one of the checkpoints well inside of Texas), Border Patrol agents from the U.S. Customs and Border Protection directed me to pull over because they

“Crips” Gang Puts out Hit to Kill Any U.S. Soldier in Uniform. Texas, Missouri and Oklahoma on Alert

Soldiers in Oklahoma and in states bordering Oklahoma (Missouri and Texas) have been on alert after the Crips put out a “hit” out for all Crips Members to shoot any U.S. soldier in uniform on sight.

That’s right, U.S. Soldiers are being targeted right here on U.S. soil by an American gang (un-American gang is really a better description of this race based gang)

In Late September 2011 there was a home invasion in Oklahoma. Black members of the "107 Hoover Crips" were shot and it is suspected that the home invaders were members of the military based at Fort Sill, OK.

In retaliation, the Crips have put out a hit to kill ANY U.S. Soldier in Uniform on sight. That’s right, any U.S. soldier is threatened to be killed even if they had nothing to do with the invasion. I guess I am not surprised. They are a violent gang so they probably do not have standards about who they kill. They kill people just for wearing the color red for crying out loud.

Security memos were sent to military units in several states including Oklahoma and Texas (Military Bases, Reserves and National Guard Units)

These memos advised military members to avoid wearing uniforms in public and to remain vigilant for anything out of the ordinary.

Surprisingly, this “Crips” hit out on US Soldiers has only been reported by ONE media outlet, The Missourian. I am not sure why such a threat that has resulted in soldiers in several states to be put on alert has gone unnoticed by the media.

So next time I’m in a Crips neighborhood, I am going to have to remember not to wear red (the Bloods gang color is red and the Crips color is blue) AND I will remember not to wear a U.S. Military Uniform. What a shame.

I have seen one of the memos myself in an East Texas National Guard Armory, but I certainly am not going to post the military memo that I saw online, even though it is already public knowledge (I don’t want to get in trouble for posting a military security memo) Lucky for me, I do not have to be the one to post the memo online because one worried military wife ALREADY posted one of the Security Threat Memos online for all to see on a military wife forum, Solo-Ops Military Wives Survival Forums.

SUBJECT: FORCE PROTECTION ADVISORY TARGETING OF US SOLDIERS BY MEMBERS OF THE CRIPS IN THE CITY OF LAWTON, OK.

1. (U) REFERENCE: ARNORTH FORCE PROTECTION ADVISORY TARGETING OF US SOLDIERS BY MEMBERS OF THE CRIPS IN THE CITY OF LAWTON, OK 0075-11TTA

2. (U) On 21 Sep 11, USACIDC REPORTED THE CRIPS HAVE PUT OUT AN ORDER TO SHOOT ANY SOLDIER IN UNIFORM ON SIGHT IN RETALIATION FOR THE SHOOTING OF THEIR MEMBERS BY SOLDIERS EARLIER IN THE WEEK. THE LAWTON, OKLAHOMA POLICE DEPARTMENT HAS CONFIRMED THE CRIPS HAVE THREATENED TO KILL SOLDIERS IN UNIFORM. THE THREAT STEMS FROM WHEN THE SOLDIERS ENTERED AN OFF-POST RESIDENCE OF THE CRIPS AND SUBSEQUENTLY SHOT MEMBERS OF THE CRIPS. THREE OF THE VICTIMS WERE IDENTIFIED AS MEMBERS OF THE “107 HOOVER CRIPS”.

3 (U) IT IS UNKNOWN AT THIS TIME IF THE THREAT POSED BY THE CIRPS TO UNIFORMED SERVICE MEMBERS IS RESTRICTED TO THE CITY OF LAWTON AND FT SILL, OK OR IF IT IS A REGIONAL OR NATIONAL THREAT. EFFORTS ARE UNDERWAY TO DETERMINE THE EXTENT OF THE THREAT TO DOD.

4 (U) THIS EVENT IS DEEMED TO POSE AN IMMEDIATE THREAT TO USAR EQUITIES. COMMANDS ARE RESPONSIBLE TO ENSURE THAT LEADERS AT ALL LEVELS ARE MADE AWARE OF THIS COMMUNICATED THREAT.

5. (U) ALL USAR PERSONNEL MUST REMAIN VIGILANT FOR OUT OF THE ORDINARY OR SUSPICIOUS BEHAVIOR AND REPORT IT IMMEDIATELY TO LOCAL LAW ENFORCEMENT.

Another Texas Soldier Dies in Afghanistan – Deaths Rise under Obama but No Media Outrage (Death Chart)

I just found out that a fellow soldier, and fellow resident of Lumberton, TX, David Drake, has been killed in Afghanistan. My prayers are with his family and his great sacrifice will be remembered.

What really gets me upset is that when Bush was in office there were daily news updates and media outrage over deaths and injuries of soldiers. Well now, there are HUNDREDS more soldiers getting killed in Afghanistan per year under Obama than under Bush. Does the media not care about the deaths of soldiers anymore? Where is the outrage? Where are the daily updates from the media?

The Media bias is sickening. They bashed Bush for the war deaths under his Administration and now they do not seem to care that the deaths have risen drastically under Obama’s Administration.
