Syndicated columnist Pat Buchanan made a statement Friday guaranteed to make liberal media members' heads spin.
During a discussion about Affirmative Action on PBS's McLaughlin Group,
Buchanan said, "Whites are the only group that you can discriminate
against legally in America now" (video follows with transcript and

Texas A&M Hires Black Coach but gets "F" from Black Association for not Taking Racist Survey
During the 2011-2012 Season, there were coaching changes at 12 major Universities (BCS Football Schools)
Texas A&M University was the ONLY school out of those 12 to hire a black head coach.
Texas A&M Hired Coach Kevin Sumlin who was, at the time, the head coach at the University of Houston.
Since the Aggies were the only major university to hire a black head football coach last season, you would think the Aggies would get an A on the Football Hiring Report Card from the Black Coaches and Administrators right?
WRONG!
Texas A&M University got an "F"
Say What?!
That is right. Texas A&M got an F because they chose not to participate in the racist survey from the Black Coaches and Administrators. You know, the kind of survey that tries to twist your arm into agreeing to try to hire minorities using racial quotas instead of hiring using qualifications. The kind of survey where you are labeled as racist if your survey results show that you don't hire enough minorities. The kind of survey that labels you a racist if you did not interview a large percentage of black coaches, 30% or more of the total number of people you interview, even though 1) you opened the position up in a fair manner to people of all races and you can't help it if not many black people apply, and 2) black people only make up 13% of the total population in America. The kind of survey that labels you a racist if, when you hire, you hire based on qualifications with no consideration for color of skin. Martin Luther King Jr. dreamed of a world where color of skin would not be a factor in America. He lived in a time where it was racist because they used color as a factor in whether or not to hire someone or let them sit on a bus, and yet, today you are labeled a racist if you DO NOT use color as a factor in hiring. You are now a racist if you just want to be color blind and judge people based on qualifications. Am I wrong here or aren't the Black Coaches and Administrators the racist ones? I mean can you imagine an organization "White Coaches and Administrators" releasing reports giving people failing grades for hiring too many minorities? That would be considered racist right?
I am 100% in favor of equality and people getting an even playing field instead of being discriminated against because the color of your skin. I was all in favor of Texas A&M hiring black Coach Kevin Sumlin, not because of the color of his skin, but because he was the best person for the job. I openly supported, campaigned and voted for Black State Representative James White, not because of the color of his skin, but because he was the best man for the job. I also openly supported, campaigned and voted for Hispanic (now US Senator Elect from Texas) Ted Cruz, not because of the color of his skin, but because he was the best man for the job.
The racial hypocrisy that is going on in America now is completely opposite of what Martin Luther King Jr. had dreamed. I too dream of a time when Americans no longer see color and where we no longer have to check a box to say what race we are in applications, and where we are judged only by the content of our character and not the color of our skin.
The Black Coaches and Administrators report giving Texas A&M an "F" proves that the BCA is racist and has an ulterior motive. Their report does not care that you ACTUALLY HIRE BLACK PEOPLE AND JUDGE PEOPLE FAIRLY BASED ON QUALIFICATIONS, otherwise Texas A&M would have gotten an "A". Instead, the report is a way for the BCA to promote an agenda of judging people with race as a part of the factor. Oh, and if you don't submit to their blackmail (being called racist if you don't take the survey and agree to their mission in the survey) then you are labeled a racist anyways for simply not taking the survey even though the BCA can clearly see that you are not racist because you are the only major school last year to hire a black head football coach.

EXPOSED: Republicans for Obama Led by Racist Convict Bishop L J Guillory
Many conservatives will be holding their nose to vote for Romney because Obama MUST go, but I don't know of ANY conservative or Republican who is going to support (or campaign for) Obama. There are people out there like that though (some of it has to do with race based voting), and they are pretty much NUTS! I mean seriously, it takes a nut job to say they are Republican and be for Obama at the same time.
When I heard about "Republicans for Obama" I was not surprised to find that the president of the organization (and probably the sole member of this group) was a nut job who I happen to already have exposed recently.
Bishop L J Guillory, the President of Republicans for Obama is (in my opinion based on facts) a Racist Convict trying to Con People into believing his delusions. He likely uses money donated to his "non-profits" to pay for his many lavish trips to Hollywood. He has an infatuation with the Masons and he believes that Mitt Romney is part if a plot by the illuminate.
I first heard of Bishop L J Guillory when he came to Jasper, TX last year to defend council members who were getting recalled. The council members were getting recalled for hiring Rodney Pearson as the new police chief even though Pearson was at the bottom of the candidate qualification list, and Pearson even lied about having a criminal record. Guillory of course claimed the recall was a result of racism, even though I interviewed black residents in Jasper who were in favor of the recall due to the fact that Pearson was not qualified and was hired in a backroom deal.
Guillory is the self titled "Ombudsman General." According to officials in Jasper, Guillory was wearing a badge and posed as a Department of Justice Official. After some investigating, I found out that Guillory spent 7 years and 7 months of a 15 year sentence in prison in California. His past criminal history includes charges of kidnapping, burglary, robbery, and even trying to prevent/dissuade a witness to testify. Guillory has told me that he is innocent and was actually granted clemency but he rejected it. This turned out to be false because, in reality, court records show that Guillory unsuccessfully tried to get out of prison by appealing his case. The court rejected Guillory's appeals and said that Guillory was rightfully convicted by a jury.
Guillory claims to be a Republican, but he has publicly praised Obama and has posted up on his blog personal pictures of him with radical liberal Democrats like Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson.
He claims to be a Bishop, but he has no religious degree (fake degrees do not count) and he is not connected to any church. He got his ordination certification from an online website where you type in your name and print out the certification for a few bucks. He uses the term "Bishop" likely to get people to trust him, but his actions certainly contradict what he professes. I discovered that Guillory has Sex Parties and Strippers at "his" house in California. Guillory is even on video bragging about it! See video below:
Guillory spends his time running an organization (Ombudsman International aka Save America Foundation) that he claims is meant to help people, but I do not know of anything that his organization has accomplished. Guillory shows up to situations where black and whites are involved and he pulls the race card and acts like some kind of government official who is there to fix things. in one situation, a black student stabbed and killed his white teacher. Guillory showed up defending the murderer and of course pulled the race card. Guillory was kicked out of the courtroom and was banned from the premises. In the video I posted above, Guillory even claimed to have lowered crime in the the top ten cities most crime filled cities in America!
Guillory spent time in prison and (I think) he used that time to think about how he can con people by claiming to help people. I believe his purpose is to use the guise of helping people as a way to get himself on the news and to get money to fund his lavish lifestyle. He uses his causes as a way to meet and to mingle with Hollywood celebrities. I do not know of any job he has, besides traveling the country stirring up trouble and mingling with celebrities as the Ombudsman General. With no financial source, I wonder if he is using donations to his "organization" as his personal financial source. He seems to be the only member of his organizations and it is registered as a non-profit, so he really has no oversight and pays no taxes.
I also believe that he also gets money from suing people. Everyone who speaks out against Guillory (including myself) has received the threat of Legal Action by Guillory unless we apologize and remove bad (factual) info about Guillory from online. When I first exposed Guillory I was threatened as well, butI did not back down from posting the truth about Guillory. In response, Guillory posted on his blog that I am a racist, part of the KKK and went on to attack my bother by calling her names. He did not respond to the facts I presented and only responded by making a baseless accusation or racism and calling me names. This man is a fraud and a complete nutjob. Yep, he fits right in with Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson.

Blacks in Jasper, TX Say CNN & NY Times LIED in Racism Story about Police Chief Rodney Pearson Firing
Black Residents in Jasper, TX are stepping up and speaking out against CNN and the New York Times. The Former Police Chief, Rodney Pearson, was fired and the City Council members who hired him were recalled. Pearson is black. Pearson says he was fired because of his race even though he was fired because of, among other things, his low qualifications, low performance, and a criminal record. The liberal media gets contacted by Pearson's race baiting lawyer and next thing you know there are stories on CNN and the New York Times alleging that the white people in Jasper are racist and did not want a black person in a leadership position in this city.
This is CLEARLY false and many black residents have stepped forward to speak out against the claims that Pearson was fired because he was black, and to demand that these liberal media outlets correct the false and misleading information in their stories.
When Pearson was fired I wrote an article predicting that the race card would be pulled and I sure was right.
Below is a breakdown of some of the lies and misleading information that these liberal media outlets have spewed:
1) These media outlets try to make it appear as though only whites were against the hiring if Black Police Chief Rodney Pearson when in reality there were MANY vocal black residents who were against the hiring of Pearson and who supported the recall of the black Council members for hiring Pearson based on race and not qualifications. These liberal news outlets purposely did not interview the black residents who were for the firing of Pearson and for the recall of the Council members because that would not fit into their story of racism.
One Jasper resident who I interviewed over the phone, Michael Larkin, is a black local businessman and he opposed Pearson as Police Chief. Larkin was even physically threatened and had his business threatened by a small group of black pastors and supporters of Pearson because Larkin was black and was opposing the black Police Chief. One black pastor who went to Larkin and threatened him is Mr Norsworthy, the husband of one of the recalled Council members. Larkin stood his ground and said that he supports people based on qualifications and not race. Funny how those little details did not make it into the liberal news stories. I did talk to Larkin though and Larkin had many interesting things to say. You can read more of what Larkin had to say by scrolling down to further in this article.
Another outspoken black Jasper Resident, Sister Celentine King, can been seen in online videos at City Council meetings defending the firing of Pearson due to qualifications and not race. You can read some of the comments from King and a link to the video of the meeting by scrolling down further in this article.
2) These media outlets make it appear as though the white people in the city were simply not happy with a black person in power on the council or in the police department. These liberal news outlets of course did not mention that Jasper has elected MANY black leaders in the past with no problems or controversy. Even the black Council members who were recalled for hiring Pearson NEVER had any problems with being a black council member. It was only after they hired Pearson when their troubles began. At the same time that the Pearson controversy was going on, the people of Jasper overwhelmingly voted to elect the first black State Representative in East Texas (Republican State Rep. James White). The media outlets did not interview any of these past black elected officials who never had a problem and they did not bother to interview the newly elected black State Rep. James White. KJAS Radio News did talk to James White about the situation in Jasper and that interview can be seen by clicking here.
These liberal media outlets clearly missed the ball here. If they reported the whole truth they would know this is not about white people in Jasper not wanting a black leader. The firing and recall is clearly about these Council members being help responsible by the voters for hiring a bad police Chief with a criminal record. In fact, the media also does not point out that the majority of the population in Jasper is black so it HAD to have taken black people voting against Pearson and these council members for them to be removed.
3) The New York Times started out their story by talking about a supposedly segregated cemetery in Jasper as proof of past and current racism in Jasper. Well, two black funeral home directors in Jasper say that the New York Times article about segregated cemeteries and a fence separating black and whites is a bunch of lies! Funny that the New York Times did not interview the black owned funeral homes or black funeral directors when writing their story about where people get buried in Jasper. KJAS however DID interview these black funeral home directors. These black directors say that the New York Times article is wrong. You can read some of the comments from these black funeral home directors by scrolling further down in this article.
4) These media outlets also do not mention that Cade Bernsen, the lawyer representing Pearson who called the media and declares his firing as racism, is known as a race-baiter who seeks any situation where he can cry racism. Bernsen is also currently suing the City of Orange on false claims of racism because Bernsen says a black police officer, Robert Arnold, was fired because of his race even though Robert Arnold was fired because he killed a white unarmed war veteran, James Whitehead, and because Arnold had a history of violence like punching a teenage girl in the face and breaking his partner's leg with a metal pipe.
5) The media does not seem to care about the several lawsuits that have been filed against the City of Jasper by more qualified white candidates who say they were discriminated against when the black members of the former City Council hired Pearson based on race. The media did not mention the fact that there are lawsuits against the city from white officers who were fired or demoted as soon as Pearson became the Police Chief. If any racism or discrimination did occur in this situation in Jasper, it was discrimination against the several well qualified applicants and officers who were fired or passed over so that a less qualified Pearson could be picked in a backroom deal. Some media outlets do not even mention these many lawsuits in their story and some only gave a sentence or two mentioning the white lawsuits, but then using the rest of the entire article to talk about the one discrimination lawsuit filed by Pearson.
6) The media lied about Pearson's involvement in the James Byrd Jr. dragging investigation to try to tie that dragging into this story. The media had to somehow try to emotionally connect the firing of Pearson to the dragging of James Byrd Jr. 14 years ago. Not only is it wrong to try to connect this firing with the horrendous murder by random individuals who have since been convicted and some of them even put to death already. Yet Pearson and the papers try to make that connection. They have to lie though just to even make their story look good. The New York Times says that Pearson, then a state trooper, was the first law enforcement officer at the scene of Mr. Byrd’s killing and found his body. This is false. According to the Sheriff’s Department Dispatcher Alice Rector Duckworth who took the call the day of the James Byrd Jr murder: “Rodney Pearson had NOTHING to do with finding his body as this newscast would have you believe. The first responders were Joe Sterling, Tommy Robinson, and the late Sam Sanders. Rodney was nothing but a road block cop. It had nothing to do with "highway patrol duties" it was a murder not a wreck.” Pearson and his attorneys are lying and sensationalizing the Byrd murder to perpetuate their own legal endeavors.
7) The media had no problem mentioning a couple of random comments on Facebook to make the people against Pearson look racist, and yet they ignore the racists and threatening posts on Facebook by pro Pearson individuals, like Jessie Land, talking about "running a train" on a woman who wanted Pearson fired (see Facebook screenshot further down in this article). They also ignored the detail of the statement made at a City Council meeting saying that the city needs a black Police Chief so they have to hire Pearson.
8) Pearson did not meet the basic job requirements, was at the bottom of the list of applicant qualifications, and even lied about his criminal record!
TWENTY THREE total applicants applied for this position. Pearson was among the least qualified yet he was considered "automatically" a finalist by the previous council.
After Pearson's hiring, it was revealed that he had a criminal background and lied about it on his application. That ALONE would get most people fired!
Pearson had never been promoted beyond a trooper after 20 years of DPS service. He was a state trooper (highway patrolman) with the Department of Public Safety and he never served in any type of supervisory position. He had no municipal experience investigating crimes like murders and only dealt with traffic incidents.
Pearson did not even met the minimum requirements for the job. THE BASIC JOB REQUIREMENTS POSTED BY THE CITY OF JASPER 02/17/11: BACHELORS DEGREE IN CRIMINAL JUSTICE OR 7 + YEARS EXPERIENCE IN MANAGEMENT OF POLICE PERSONNEL AND RELATED DUTIES - PEARSON HAD NEITHER! The top applicant had 19 years municipal experience/Pearson NONE, top applicant 3740 education hours/Pearson 61, top applicant 2843 training hours/Pearson 1220, top applicant 4 year degree/Pearson NONE, top applicant advanced degree/Pearson NONE.
The recalled council gave him a 5k pay raise just a few months after taking the job (even though pay raises are not allowed until after one year on the job), and then they Council even attempted to put him into a contract months after hiring so that future City Councils could not fire him.
Pearson took two or more vacations in his first year (policy/procedure requires one year employment to qualify for vacation) removed a brand new patrol vehicle from the streets had it re-painted and accessorized for him to drive without approval leaving our City short a patrol vehicle, excessive spending/over budget, demoted seasoned officers without reason. Pearson did not even bother to show up at major crime investigations that the Police Chief of the city should have shown up to.
Additional Supporting Information (Interviews, Facebook Screenshots, etc)
Interview with Michael Larkin - (Owner of Local BBQ business)
Larkin is a black business man in Jasper, TX who not only opposed Pearson as as unqualified Police Chief, but he also was in favor of recalling the black Council members who hired Pearson. Larkin was even threatened for having a recall sign on his property. Did CNN of the New York Times care to call this man? No. This interview would not fit into their story of only white people opposing Pearson and the council members.
Below is what Michael Larkin had to say:
I don't think he was fired because of racism. I believe it had to do with his job performance. I feel like he wasn't doing his job. I think the media is trying to blow it up and stir things up over here again. I run a business and most of my business is white people and there are no problems with them buying from me.
If you score the lowest on the ranking and you score a 2 and there are people who score better like an 8 then you shouldn't get the job
It doesn't matter what color you are, I think the best person should get the job.
The Pearson group even threatened me. Preacher Norsworthy (husband of Jasper City Councilwoman Norsworthy) went to him at football game and threatened to boycott my business because I do business and serve white people in town. I was mad they he would threaten me like that.
I don't care what color you are, I am not going to stop being friends with people because another friend my same color tells me to not to be friends with someone of another color.
I think it was wrong to put him in because he was less qualified. Then the first week he takes a vacation and then in a backdoor meeting you get with the council members and get them to raise your pay. You have to perform first before the council should decide to give you a raise.
Pearson and the captain never showed up to big incidents. There was one incident where they went to a house and the man was in bed and they wanted to get the man out of the house so they sent a dog in to eat up the man in his bed to get him out. Pearson never even showed up to that incident to tell these officer what to do to get the guy out of the house. There were many late night and major incidents that Pearson did not show up to.

Quotes of Sister King at Jasper City Council Meeting October 10, 2011 - Defending Mayor Mike Lout during the Recall process of the Mayor
In this video of the City Council Meeting, Sister King begins at 26:39 and stops at 33:22 on the video.
Quotes from Sister King from the City Council Video:
"It's not about color....Qualifications is what it is about"
"Truth is the Truth"
"We as pastors; the men and women of the cloth...we have made a mess out of this thing"
"When the preachers won't do right what can we expect for the other people to do"
below is a portion of an Article on KJAS, Black Funeral Home Directors Dispute NY Times Article:
A New York Times article published on Friday, and written by reporter Manny Fernandez, is being disputed by the directors of two traditionally black funeral homes in Jasper.
”What that newspaper is saying is incorrect, and you can tell that reporter to call me and I’ll tell him”. Those were the words of Dory Coleman, owner of Coleman’s Mortuary in Jasper, which traditionally serves the African American community.
The premise of the article was to tell the story of the hiring and firing of Police Chief Rodney Pearson. However, the article inexplicably dwelled on the Jasper City Cemetery on North Main Street, and an old iron fence that was put there in the early 1900’s to keep free roaming livestock from disturbing the graves, but was portrayed in the article as a dividing line between black and white burial plots.
Calling it the “segregated cemetery”, the story said “…Jasper City Cemetery remains segregated: blacks, including Mr. Byrd (James Byrd, Jr.), are buried near the bottom of the hill, while whites are buried at the top”.
”Not True” said Coleman. “Our funeral home has buried people, both black and white people, in all sections of that cemetery”.

Racist Chicago Alderman Warns of Violence if More Blacks Are Not Hired Based on Race
I thought this week was going to go by with everyone getting along and no racist stuff in the news. I was wrong.
I will love it when racism is a thing of the past in America. When we do not look at each other based on race. unfortunately, that will never happen as long as people keep making race an issue by falsely playing the race card and thinking it is ok to reverse discriminate. More discrimination is not the way to end discrimination!
Like this Alderman up in Chicago. This guy, Anthony Beale, is threatening violence if a transportation project does not hire more black people. Yep, forget being color blind and equality and everyone getting hired by the same standards. This alderman wants this project to go above and beyond the federal requirements and he wants people to be hired based on nothing more than race.....
Can you imaging a white guy saying there will be violence if more white people are not hired for a project? There would be outrage! There is a double standard in America.
Ald. Anthony Beale (9th), chairman of the City Council’s Transportation Committee, did not explain who he believed would “get hurt” or who the perpetrators might be. But, he was clearly referring to civil disobedience or maybe even violence at the construction site.
“I’m trying to help you help yourself. When I say that, problems could arise. When you look at a community like Englewood [that] is challenged and you have over $1 billion of work coming through and there’s no people of color working on that project, I’m afraid people are going to get hurt,” Beale told Clifford during Thursday’s committee hearing.

Beale predicts violence if Metra doesn’t hire more minorities for rail project
An influential alderman warned Metra’s executive director on Thursday that “people are going to get hurt” if the commuter rail agency fails to bolster minority participation on a $133 million South Side railroad bridge known as the “Englewood Flyover.”Ald. AOL/Huffington Post Making Race Baiting Calls about Jasper, TX Police Chief Rodney Pearson
After the last article I wrote last week about racism in Jasper, TX, I have received calls from residents of Jasper who say that AOL/Huffington Post called them regarding allegations that the Police Chief, Rodney Pearson, was being discriminated against because he is black. Talk about Race Baiting! The media does not care about the several white people who have filed lawsuits because they were discriminated against by the Police Chief and the City. They don't care about that. As soon as they hear that the black police chief claims he is being discriminated against, that is when they care. Can anyone say liberal media bias?
Rodney Pearson is not the victim of racial discrimination. Rodney Pearson is perpetrator. He is the one victimizing others and racially discriminating!
AOL/Huffington post is looking for another race story that they can sensationalize to make the white residents of Jasper look like villains when they are actually the victims.
Background info: I recently wrote an article about how racism has cost the city of Jasper millions due to the city having to settle with several white candidates filing racial discrimination lawsuits after being rejected for police chief by a majority black city council that instead had a backroom meeting and picked a less qualified man, Rodney Pearson. Pearson even has a criminal record and he lied about this criminal record on his police chief application. As a law enforcement officer, I know that lying about any criminal history on a law enforcement application is something that will get you immediately terminated. Pearson was inexplicably hired anyways and this decision seems to be based on the fact that Pearson is black. All the city's procedures and qualification standards for picking a police chief were disregarded and the black members of the council met in a backroom meeting to pick Pearson. When Rodney Pearson took office, he fired or demoted many of the white police officers. The city council then went on to give Pearson a $5000 raise even though city policy says he has to wait until after his first year to get a raise. The council, feeling the backlash for their bad decisions, even tried to give Pearson a big contract that would prevent a future city council from being able to fire Pearson without incurring a hefty financial loss.
Needless to say, Jasper had a recall election and two of the three black city council members responsible for hiring Pearson and for promoting the bad decisions of the council were kicked off of the city council after a vote of the people. The media tried to make it look like these black council members were kicked off because they were black. That of course was laughable because Jasper has and has had many black city leaders who the citizens of Jasper elected and like. It was not about race with these 2 council members who were kicked off of the council (Willie Lee Land and Terrya Norsworthy). It was about their decision to hire a police chief who was less qualified than all the other candidates and who had a criminal record and LIED about it on his application. It was about the council discriminating against others and making other bad decisions. It was about the right of the people to decide who their leaders are and recall the leaders who are not doing the right things.
So here we are today. The people of Jasper just elected a couple of new city council members to take the place of the members who were kicked off the council in the recall election. Rodney Pearson knows that his days as police chief might be numbered because this new council might fire him and hire a new police chief based on qualifications and not race. The new chief they pick might be black, white or brown. Race will not matter. Qualifications will matter.
Pearson knows he might be fired soon so he has devised a plan to to either secure his job or get him a nice settlement as a parting gift.
What is Pearson's plan?
Pull the Race Card and get the liberal media involved!
Rodney Pearson has recently announced that he is getting ready to sue the city for him being racially discriminated against.
WHAT?
Pearson was HIRED over all the other more qualified candidates and he was given a hefty raise within the first year, but somehow HE is the one why was racially discriminated against?
What a joke!
You want to know the evidence that Pearson uses to show that he was discriminated against? Get this, Pearson says he was discriminated against because the city did a background check on him when he was hire. that is Pearson's proof.
This is a joke and it is just fitting that AOL/Huffington Post is looking into Pearson's racism claims and yet they are ignoring the half a dozen lawsuits from the white candidates who WERE discriminated against when the city hired Pearson as the police chief.
On a side note, State Representative James White has had his district redrawn to include Jasper County. James White is a black conservative and one of the best representatives in the Texas Legislature. I fully support James White for re-election against Mike Hamilton.I don't support James White based on color of skin. I support James White because he is the best man for the job no matter what color he is. Colorblind is how everyone should vote. He is a super conservative and a strong leader for East Texas! Vote James White!

Is being Pro-Choice Racist? Abortion is Killing off Minorities as it was Intended to do
By Tom Donelson
How many of you are aware that 55% of Abortions are done by Hispanics and African-Americans? Minority women terminate their pregnancy at double the rate of Whites? The New York City Health Dept. noted that 60% of African-Americans and 40% of Hispanics end their pregnancy by abortion. (African-American and Hispanic abortion rates are two to three times that of whites in New York City). There are more aborted babies than live births within the New York City African-American community.
Abortion is an emotional issue. I have many friends who disagree with me. They, like me, prefer that women not abort their children. But, we differ on what the laws should be. To those who play the race card, show me a conservative policy that has killed as many minority babies as abortion? Since the individual who accused me of race-baiting is pro-choice, is the individual a racist for supporting abortion? In my eyes, no, but if quoting Obama on his dog eating past is racism, could we make the case that those who support abortion are more racist? I will not condemn a person for supporting abortion rights as racist. But, those who play the race card are polluting public discourse and making it more difficult to deal with issues in front of us. Playing the race card is a dangerous thing, since it is like the boy who cried wolf. If you say it often enough where it is not applicable, you simply desensitize the population to properly act when real racism occurs.

Black Mob Beats White Couple, Media Buries Attack - 911 No Answer
This story has three important issues: Media Bias, Importance of Guns for Self Defense, and black violence.
One issue is the media bias in America. A black, racially charged mob attacks and beats a white couple and it does not even make the back page of the paper. The media only cares about stuff like this when they can sensationalize some sort of racism that they think white people have against blacks. When it is the other way around, the media is nowhere to be found.
The second issue is that the woman who was attacked tried to call 911 but got a busy signal TWICE. She finally made is through to the police. This is EXACTLY one of the reasons why we have a right to bear arms in America. The police are not there to help you the second you need it. You might not even be able to call them or they might be several minutes away. A gun gives you the ability to protect your own life when you need the protection instead of having to wait and hope you are not killed before the police get there.
The third issue is black violence. All races have bad guys and who commit crimes, but it is a fact that there is a serious problem of violence in black comunities. Blacks don't have to worry about any racist white people because they are already killing themselves at an alarming rate! This is something that these civil rights leaders like Al Sharpton, Jessee Jackson and New Black Panthers need to address. Instead of calling people to violence because of some made up racism in the Trayvon Martin shooting, how about you call for an end to the alarming amount of violence and killings within black communities?
below is the story from WND:
There’s outrage in Norfolk, Va., today after a white couple was attacked by dozens of black teenagers, and the local newspaper did not report on the incident for two weeks, despite the victims being reporters for the paper.
Even today, the Virginian-Pilot did not cover the crime as news, but rather as an opinion piece by columnist Michelle Washington.
“Wave after wave of young men surged forward to take turns punching and kicking their victim,” Washington wrote, describing the onslaught that began when Dave Forster and Marjon Rostami stopped at a traffic light while driving home from a show on a Saturday night. A crowd of at least 100 black young people was on the sidewalk at the time.
“Rostami locked her car door. Someone threw a rock at her window. Forster got out to confront the rock-thrower, and that’s when the beating began. …
“The victim’s friend, a young woman, tried to pull him back into his car. Attackers came after her, pulling her hair, punching her head and causing a bloody scratch to the surface of her eye. She called 911. A recording told her all lines were busy. She called again. Busy. On her third try, she got through and, hysterical, could scream only their location. Church and Brambleton. Church and Brambleton. Church and Brambleton. It happened four blocks from where they work, here at the Virginian-Pilot.”
Washington says neither suffered grave injuries, but both were out of work for a week. Forster’s torso ached from blows to his ribs, and he retained a thumb-sized bump on his head. Rostami reportedly fears to be alone in her home, while Forster wishes he’d stayed in the car.
The columnist admits the story has not, until today, appeared in the Virginian-Pilot.
“The responding officer coded the incident as a simple assault, despite their assertions that at least 30 people had participated in the attack,” Washington explains. “A reporter making routine checks of police reports would see ‘simple assault’ and, if the names were unfamiliar, would be unlikely to write about it. In this case, editors hesitated to assign a story about their own employees. Would it seem like the paper treated its employees differently from other crime victims?”
Washington says the day after the beatings, Forster searched Twitter for mention of the attack, and one post in particular chilled him.
“I feel for the white man who got beat up at the light,” wrote one person.
“I don’t,” wrote another, indicating laughter. “(do it for trayvon martin)”
Trayvon Martin is the unarmed black teen who died after being shot by a community-watch captain with white and Hispanic parents, George Zimmerman, in Sanford, Fla., sparking a wave of outrage long after the incident.
The newspaper is coming under heavy criticism today from residents in the greater Norfolk area, known as Hampton Roads.

"Blacks for Obama" Racially Segregates Voters - Affirmative Action in Supreme Court
During Black History Month, Obama released a new video announcing the launch of BLACKS FOR OBAMA. (see video below)
This is an attempt to segregate voters based on RACE instead of voters joining together in groups based on VALUES. Minorities actually tend to be conservative in their beliefs and they are waking up to the realization that Obama is WAY TOO LIBERAL. So what do you do? You take the focus off of the values and you put the focus on race and drive a racial divide through the Heart of America.
Not only is it racist to segregate voters by race, it also shows how hypocritical things are in America.
Whites for Romney? Whites for Clinton? Whites for anyone White who wants to run for office? Of course those groups would never exist in America. That would be racist! But blacks for Obama is not racially dividing at all right? For the record, I would be against any groups (white, black, Hispanic) that are formed together solely on the basis of race instead of formed on the basis of values. I believe people should vote for someone based on the content of their character and not the color of their skin. I don't care if you are black, white, Hispanic or whatever. I will vote for you if you are a conservative and I will vote against you if you are a liberal. I fully support Ted Cruz for US Senate (Cuban) and one of my most favorite Texas State Representatives, and one of the most conservative Republican State Representatives in Texas, is State Representative James White (Black).

Racist Double Standards: No Outrage after Black DJ Racially Attacks Black Candidate - Racism Hypocrisy Needs to End
Hypocrisy and double standards are two of the biggest problems in America. I recently wrote an article about hypocrisy in America, "Hypocrisy: Obama Aides Owe Taxes; Military OK with Burning Church but not Koran? Killing Baby OK, Killing Cat Not?"
Racism Hypocrisy is also alive and well in America.
So much for Martin Luther King Jr.'s Dream of people being judged by their character instead of the color of their skin. I really wish we lived in a day and age when race was no longer involved in anything. No more race boxes to check. I really wish everything was color blind. I support State Representative James White, not be because he is black, but because he stands for conservative ideas. When I go to an Apostle Claver rally, it is not because he is black, but because he stands against Abortion (which is actually killing black people at a much higher rate than white people). I am voting for Ted Cruz for US Senate, not because he is Cuban, but because he stands for conservative values. When I voted against Obama and John Kerry, it is not because of the color of their skin, but because they had the wrong ideas for America.
Unfortunately, many people in America still do use race as a factor in decisions. Some white people do, some Hispanic people do, some black people do. It is wrong, period. The hypocrisy though is that America gets outraged when a white person does something that could be considered or is racist, but America does not seem to care at all when a black person is openly being racist.
It is this kind of hypocrisy and double standard that actually keeps racism alive and well in America instead of it being a thing of the past.
For instance, there was widespread outrage and calls for Don Imus to be fired after he said "nappy haired hoes" in reference to women players from Rutgers. Fast forward to today and a black DJ, Thaddeus Matthews, goes on a racial tirade against a black woman running for congress, Charlotte Bergmann. He called her a "Curly-Haired Nigga" and a "Token Negro" and then refused to shake her hand because he didn't want to get her "Whiteness" on him.
He is clearly a racist right? There should be calls for him to be fired right? Wrong! Why? Because the DJ is black.
You see, there is a double standard in America. In many cases, if you are black, it is ok to be racist and say offensive words about black people, and it is especially ok to be openly racist about white people. It is ok to have racist organizations that only allow black people but it would certainly not be ok to have an organization that excluded blacks. It is ok to have black entertainment channels and black only scholarships but would never be ok to have the same things only for white people.
Politics is especially racist and unequal. For instance, in Texas redistricting the minority groups are suing because they say Texas should create more districts just for black and Hispanics so they can elect someone who is only black or Hispanic. Can you imagine if a white group demanded that they get a district where only white people can live and only a white person can be elected? And the idea that only a black could represent a black and only a white can represent a white is simply outrageous. people should vote for someone based on what they believe, not simply based on the color of their skin. The Democrat organizations of course use race as an advantage in trying to sue Texas over redistricting. These Democrat organizations do not care about getting a black or Hispanic elected. They only care about getting a Democrat elected and they use race, well, because they can. There are actually black and Hispanic republicans that the Democrats have NO problem trying to hurt in Texas redistricting. Why? Because they only care about getting a Hispanic or black elected if they are Democrat. They don't actually care about minorities in general.
The fact of the matter is, minorities are actually mostly conservative in their beliefs and should abandon the liberal Democrat Party!
Hate Crime Laws are Especially Hypocritical and not enforced equally. Just recently there was a mob of blacks who attacked a white person and used racial slurs throughout the attack. They will not get charged with a hate crime. I can almost guarantee you though that if a gay person or a minority is attacked by a group of straight whites, it would automatically be considered as a hate crime even with no proof of racism. It is a double standard.
Hate Crime Laws are not logical either.
Murder is murder. Assault is Assault. Rape is Rape. I don’t care if you are a white guy who kills a black guy or if you are a black guy who killed a white guy. Murder is horrendous and wrong regardless of the color of one’s skin. It is wrong to say that one person’s life is more important than another person’s life simply based on the color of the murdered person’s skin. Hate crime legislation does just that. Hate crime legislation says that the rape and murder of a little girl is somehow less important or less hateful than the murder of a black man by a white man. Both of the murders killed someone and they both should be dealt with using the strongest penalties allowed. In my opinion, every murder is a hate crime.
We need to break down the walls of using race as a determining factor in America. Whether it is college admissions or a job application, race should never be a factor. Like Martin Luther King Jr. once said, people should be judged by the content of their character and not the color of their skin. Having race as a determining factor in any area of government simply keeps racism alive.

Political Correctness plays a part in the problem. For instance, we call all black people African Americans. Fox News reports that many black people are actually opposed to being called African Americans. They just want to be called AMERICAN and their color is black. Africa has nothing to do with who they are. They want to move forward. They are Americans!
Let’s move past political correctness and seeing color in everything we do. Why can’t we be color blind and judge people by who they are and what they believe instead of the color of their skin? We especially should never vote for someone based on their color and not based on their beliefs and values!

Complaint & Charges Filed Against Jasper, TX Police Chief Rodney Pearson - Woman Says He Groped Her Breast
Update: After this article went up, the local media picked up on the story. KBTV Fox 4 was the first tv station to do a story on it. click here to see it
Also, after this article came out, Stephanie Davis has come forward and testified that Beverly came to her the day of the incident and was very upset and distraught about Pearson touching her.

Also, after this article came out, Stephanie Davis has come forward and testified that Beverly came to her the day of the incident and was very upset and distraught about Pearson touching her.
More East Texas Corruption….
This article is the first media outlet/news agency/blogger to report on these “groping” charges being filed against the Jasper, TX Police Chief
Beverly Rauscher has filed a Criminal Complaint and Charges against Jasper, TX Police Chief Rodney Pearson. Rauscher claims that in October 2011, Pearson came up behind her back and put his hands around her from behind and squeezed her breasts very aggressively.Rauscher said that the incident happened at Complete Healthcare Services in Jasper where she was employed as a Physician Assistant to Dr. Martin Gilliland. Pearson would frequently visit the facility because Dr. Gilliland was friends with Pearson and Pearson’s wife, Sandy Pearson, worked at this facility as the administrator. Rauscher was very upset after Pearson groped her, and she told Pearson to leave her alone and go into the other room with his wife.
Rauscher then complained to her boss, Dr. Gilliland, about what had happened. Rauscher says that she was afraid to go to the police because Pearson was the Police Chief and she says that Pearson had already harassed her because she signed the Jasper Recall Petition. She was also afraid to lose her job because the Dr. Gilliland is friends with Pearson and Pearson’s wife is the Administrator.
Rauscher could not forget what happened and she has stayed very upset over the incident. Rauscher recently got a new job and was about to move out of Jasper when she realized that, because she was moving, she would be able to come out of hiding and file her complaint without fear of being harassed. On December 13th, 2011 at about 11:30AM, Rauscher and a friend went to the Jasper County Sheriff’s Department. She met with Investigator Bob Walker and filed charges against Rodney Pearson. Captain James Carter was also in the room and he was used as the prop so that Rauscher could show the investigator what Pearson did to her.
Rauscher told Investigator Walker that, although he was in plain clothes, Pearson was on duty as the Police Chief when the incident happened. Walker said that he would need to get that information verified because the charges are different depending if he was on duty or off duty. Captain Carter also told Rauscher that he would get the Texas Rangers involved. Hopefully they do not get the Texas Ranger that is friends with Pearson or the Texas Ranger that is the brother of Pearson because that would certainly defeat the purpose of having an “outside agency” investigate. It was not that long ago that a Texas Ranger Ken Parks tried to get killer Captain Robert Arnold (Orange TX Police Department) off the hook for killing an unarmed war veteran, James Whitehead, even though Ken Parks did not even investigate of speak to any witnesses.
Jasper Police Department Withholding a Recording of Chief Pearson Talking Inappropriately on Police Radio – Wanted to Show Someone his “Big, Black Flashlight”
Jodi Ellis has filed a Texas Open Records Request with the Jasper Police Department. What does Ellis want? Ellis wants the police department to hand over a recording of Police Chief Rodney Pearson speaking inappropriately over the police radio. Allegedly, while Pearson was driving in a police vehicle that he does not normally use, Pearson’s knee was resting on the Police Radio and the Mic was keyed. This means that everyone can hear what Pearson was saying and Pearson had no idea that they could hear him. While the radio was keyed, Pearson could be heard talking to someone. One of the things that Pearson allegedly said was “I would like to show you my big, black flashlight.”
If these allegations were not true then you would expect the Police Department to comply with the open records request and hand over the recording right? This recording is not something that is sensitive or top secret because anyone with a police scanner can hear what is said over the police radio. Well, the Jasper Police is not handing over the recording. They want to try to keep from having to release the recording and they have asked the Texas Attorney General Greg Abbott to allow them to keep the recording secret. I cannot imagine that the Attorney General will allow the Jasper Police Department to keep the recording secret so it is only a matter of time until that recording comes out.
Click Here to Read My Previous Article About Jasper, TX Corruption – Council Hired Criminal Police Chief – Discrimination Lawsuits Filed – Recall Election Ousted 2 Council Members
Here is a summary: Several Discrimination lawsuits have been filed this year against the Jasper, TX City Council after the council allegedly hired Police Chief Rodney Pearson in a backroom deal based on his race and not his qualifications. Pearson was the least qualified candidate and he had a criminal history. After being hired, Pearson went on to fire and demote some of the white officers. There was a recall petition to oust 3 of the council members (Terrya Norsworthy, Willie Land and Tommy Adams). The council tried to keep the election from happening but a Federal Judge told the City they had to do the recall election. These council members gave Pearson a $5000 pay raise only after 6 months even though no city employee is allowed a pay raise until after one year. The recall election resulted in the people of Jasper ousting 2 of the 3 council members involved in this scandal.

Jasper, TX Officials Say Convict Activist “Bishop Guillory” Posed as a Department of Justice Agent While defending Chief Pearson and the Council in this Jasper Recall Election – Click Here to read this story
Of course, Bishop Guillory defends Police Chief Rodney Pearson and says on his website that I am a racist because I think Pearson is a bad guy. Maybe Bishop Guillory likes people who harass and grope women? I sure don't! Race is not even a factor in this situation. I support several black politicians, including Conservative, East Texas State Representative James White. I don't care what color you are. I only care what you believe. Regardless of color, I don't like liberals. I like Conservatives.
And of course, much of the liberal media has tried to make it seem as though Jasper is just full of racists who only ousted these council members because of racism and not because the council members are incompetent and the police chief is a criminal.... just plain silly. The residents of Jasper have had MANY black leaders over the years and they never tried to recall them! That is because it is not about race, it is about irresponsible actions by these city officials.

Does TX Senator Whitmire Care about Last Meals or Does He Want Black Votes? Are Hate Crime Laws Racist?
by, David Bellow
Houston, Texas Democrat, State Senator John Whitmire has written a letter to the Texas Department of Criminal Justice Director, Brad Livingston, demanding that the Texas Department of Criminal Justice end the practice of giving death row inmates a last meal request before their execution.
Senator Whitmire asked for the practice to be stopped in response to the ridiculous last meal request of Lawrence Brewer, a white supremacist, who was executed this week for killing a black man, James Byrd Jr., in Jasper, TX.
I have no problem with ending last meals. These guys are murderers, who did not give their victims a last meal. They get too much in prison as it is anyway. These extra perks that inmates get strain the prison's time and resources. Earlier this year, I wrote an article explaining how David Puckett broke out of Stiles Maximum Security Prison in Beaumont, Texas, and I explained the problems in this Texas Prison that led up to the escape, including strained resources because the inmates get too many things in Prison.
So I do not have a problem with Senator Whitmire’s decision to ask TDCJ to stop last meals. I do have a problem with the timing and motive of Senator Whitmire.
Senator Whitmire has been the chairman of the Texas Senate Criminal Justice Committee for several years and there have been ridiculous last meal requests every year that Senator Whitmire has been the chair of this committee.
According to Fox News, just last week, Texas Death Row inmate Steven Woods' last meal request included two pounds of bacon, a large four-meat pizza, four fried chicken breasts, two drinks each of Mountain Dew, Pepsi, root beer and sweet tea, two pints of ice cream, five chicken fried steaks, two hamburgers with bacon, fries and a dozen garlic bread sticks with marinara on the side. Steven Woods robbed and killed 2 people.
So why end the meals after Brewer’s ridiculous request? Why now? Why not end it years ago when Senator Whitmire became chairman of the Senate Criminal Justice Committee? Did Senator Whitmire JUST figure out that inmates are asking for silly last meals? Is he that unintelligent that he does not know what goes in in Texas prisons even though he is the head of that senate criminal justice committee?
Of course he is not unintelligent and he knows that these ridiculous last meals have been going on for years. He has just never said anything before.
So why is he finally standing up against this practice? It is simple. He sees an opportunity to get some positive press and win points with black voters.
Brewer’s execution was a very high profile execution with lots of media attention. It was an especially important execution for black organizations like the NAACP because Brewer killed a black man. That dragging-death murder led to the Texas Legislature enacting Hate Crime legislation.
With all the media attention surrounding this execution, and the eyes of black voters watching the news reports of Brewers execution, this was Senator Whitmire’s opportunity to get some national attention and win points with black voters.
So Senator Whitmire wrote a letter to the TDCJ Director, acting all surprised that Brewer, a white supremacist, got a last meal request. Senator Whitmire made a big scene and demanded that the last meals stop or else he will pass legislation next session to stop it.
Well Senator Whitmire, you had many years to write legislation to stop it, but you never did. TDCJ immediately stopped the last meal requests when they got your letter, so why didn’t you send them a letter years ago? It was only when an opportunity arose to get some national media attention and approval points from black voters that you acted surprised that this was happening and demanded that it stop.
Texas Hate Crime Legislation is Discriminatory and was Passed to End Bad Press and Get Black Votes after James Byrd Jr. was Killed in Jasper, TX
Murder is murder. I don’t care if you are a white guy who kills a black guy or if you are a black guy who killed a white guy. Like Texas Governor Rick Perry said at a Republican Presidential Debate, if you come into Texas and you kill someone, then we are going to execute you (paraphrased). Murder is horrendous and wrong regardless of the color of one’s skin. It is wrong to say that one person’s life is more important than another person’s life simply based on the color of the murdered person’s skin. Hate crime legislation does just that. Hate crime legislation says that the rape and murder of a little girl is somehow less important that the murder of a black man by a white man.
I don’t dislike Obama based on the color of his skin. I dislike Obama because I disagree with his policy. One of my good friends is Black, Republican Texas State Representative James White. James White is a strong conservative, and I fully supported him when he ran last year. I didn’t care if he was Black, Hispanic, or Chinese. I cared about what he stood for. We should all be color blind like that. We need to take race out of the equation and judge people based on who they are, not what color they are. Especially in voting, people should vote for someone based on what the person believes and not the color of the person’s skin.
Politicians want votes, and they do not want bad press. When Brewer killed James Byrd Jr. in Jasper, TX the media swarmed Jasper and said that East Texas is full of racial hatred and demanded that legislators do something. The legislators responded by passing a hate crimes bill. The hate crimes bill was to stop the bad press and win votes. In reality, hate crimes legislation really does not do anything except say that one person getting murdered is worse than another person getting murdered. Murder is the worst thing that can happen to an innocent victim, no matter what color the victim’s skin, is and all murder victims should be dealt with at the same level of seriousness no matter what color their skin is.
Same thing with Anti-Gay Bullying Laws
The same thing is happening when a homosexual kid is bullied at school. Many gay rights advocates are pushing for anti-bullying laws that specifically reference anti-gay bullying. Even President Obama has appointed a Homosexual Activist to a top post in the Department of Education. Kevin Jennings will oversee “safety” in schools. Maybe Jennings should try teaching students that homosexual sex is not safe considering that Homosexuals make up the majority of new Aids/HIV cases in America each year!
I am all for state and local laws that punish bullies in schools, but there is no need to make a law specifically against gay bullying. Why is it worse when a gay guy gets bullied than when a straight guy gets bullied? I bet there are more heterosexuals bullied in schools overall than homosexuals. My point is, Bullying is bullying no matter who is getting bullied, and it is wrong and there should be no tolerance for bullying of any kind. Gay rights advocates are just trying to push their agenda into schools. California is even creating mandatory homosexual education in schools! What happened to math and science? Maybe that is what is wrong with California’s economy.
Current Racial Divide in Jasper, TX after Black Council Members Discriminate Against White Applicants in Hiring of New Police Chief
The President of the Jasper NAACP, Billy Ray Robinson, was recently arrested in connection with the arrest of his son who was busted in a school zone with drugs. But that is not the big buzz in the town of Jasper.
The big buzz right now is that the City of Jasper, TX is currently faced with many lawsuits and recall elections over claims of racial discrimination. No, the city is not run by a bunch of white people who are discriminating against black people. It is actually the opposite. The city is run by mostly black leaders, and these black leaders have been accused of discriminating against white people. Earlier this year, the Jasper TX City Council hired a Black Police Chief. I don’t have a problem with that. The problem is that this new black police chief seems to have been hired in a backroom deal by the black city council members based on his race and not his qualifications. Rodney Pearson was at the bottom of the city’s hiring list. He was the least qualified and has a criminal record. The white applicants who were more qualified but passed up for the job have filed lawsuits of racial discrimination against the City of Jasper. The white Police Officers in the Jasper Police Department were demoted and even fired by Pearson when Pearson was hired. The City Council faces several recall elections due to these accusations of racial discrimination in the hiring of this new Police Chief. In response, the council gave Pearson a $5000 pay raise. Pearson has only been hired for 6 months and City policy states that all city employees are ineligible for a pay raise until after their first year. This is not just my opinion. Even the Beaumont Enterprise wrote an Editorial condemning the Jasper City Council for their actions.
What is the solution to all these problems in this article? We just need to stop judging people based on the color of their skin and start judging people based on the content of their character. We need to stop the political games of trying to win votes from certain groups. And we need to come together and break these racial divides that we have kept alive through reverse discrimination practices like hate crime laws.

NAACP President in Jasper, TX Arrested in Connection with Criminal Son Busted with Drugs in School Zone
Reverend Billy Ray Robinson, the President of the Jasper Area Chapter of the NAACP, was arrested today in connection with the drug arrest of his son Billy Robinson Jr., who was caught with drugs and a large amount of cash in a school zone. The Jasper Sheriff’s Department had been looking for Billy Ray Robinson since his son’s arrest. Earlier this year, Brandon Darby revealed that Billy Ray Robinson pulled the race card and unethically used the NAACP to try to protect his great nephew who had been charged with raping an underage cheerleader in Silsbee, TX. This relative, Rakheem Bolton, eventually pleaded guilty to assault. Additionally, I did some investigating and uncovered that Billy Ray Robinson’s businesses have had their existences forfeited because Robinson has apparently not paid the taxes for those businesses to the State of Texas. Even with their businesses having forfeited existences, Billy Ray Robinson has continued to operate those businesses. One of these forfeited businesses is a Bail Bond Company. How Ironic.
Jasper, TX is also in the news right now because 3 black City Council Members are being sued for discriminating and they also face a recall election for allegedly hiring Rodney Pearson as the Jasper Police Chief just because he is black. It is alleged that Rodney Pearson was hired in a backroom deal with the Black City Council Members based on the color of his skin because black community leaders desired to have a black man as Police Chief. Pearson is less qualified than the other white applicants for police Chief and Pearson even has a criminal record.
