Arkansas Senate passes ban on abortions if fetal heartbeat detected. Now this is what I am talking about. A heartbeat is a clear distinction at a person is uniquely alive. Why are we allowing millions of heartbeats to be stopped? Good for Arkansas! I hope Texas will do the same too!
