The biggest twitter and blogger buzz after the Biden/Ryan debate was a result of Joe Biden's childish Smiles/Laughs/Smirks throughout the entire debate. These laughs came at completely inappropriate times in serious discussions about important issues.
This behavior by Joe Biden confused many people. Leave it to the Bible though to clear things up and explain Biden's actions.
