Nullify Obamacare Hearing - Texas Legislature - April 17th, 2013

the following is something that a friend posted on facebook:
HB 3785, a Texas House bill that nullifies Obamacare and interposes against the taxes established by it, has been scheduled for a hearing on Wednesday, April 17th at 2pm or upon adjournment of the House, in room E2.036.

It is imperative that we get as many people as possible into that committee hearing to register FOR the bill, and if they are confident enough, to TESTIFY for the bill.

If you cannot be there in person, contact everyone listed below on the phone AND through email and ask them to please pass the bill out of committee.

Rep. Brandon Creighton, Chair,, 512-463-0726
Rep. Cindy Burkett,, 512-463-0464
Rep. Eddie Lucio,, 512-463-0606
Rep. Scott Turner,, 512-463-0484
Rep. Armando Walle,, 512-463-0924

Please help pass this alert around by sending it to YOUR email list of like minded friends/family and post it to all social networks you are a part of.

If you are tagged at the bottom of this post, it means you have a network you can tap into to possibly help get people to turn out to this hearing. Anything you can do will be much appreciated.

The contact info was listed incorrectly early on and now it's hard to play catch up!

  2. OBAMACARE promotes outsourcing in Central America. Enacted in July 2010, The U.S. healthcare reform (“ObamaCare” or the “Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act”) is intended to pressure large and small employers through force and taxation. The end result will show North American companies deciding to send customer support, sales, lead generation and appointment setting jobs offshore or risk going out of business. Many will decide to hire a dedicated bilingual employee who is 100% committed to their project. ESL call center employees in Costa Rica are just as or more effective than transitional in-house staff. In addition, giving the owners the freedom to scale up their offshore staff without getting caught in the Obamacare challenge in 2014.
