Join Us for a Pro-Life Rally at the State Capitol The eyes of the nation have been on Texas the last few weeks and the images are not flattering. Fortunately, we have an opportunity to provide a picture that illustrates how pro-life Texans engage in activity to petition our government - with dignity and respect. On Monday, July 8th, at 7:00 PM, the Republican Party of Texas will be participating in a pro-life rally on the South Steps of the Capitol along with Concerned Women for America, Texas Coalition for Life, Texas Right to Life, and the Heidi Group, with guest speakers Governor Mike Huckabee, Attorney General Greg Abbott, Lieutenant Governor David Dewhurst, Michelle Duggar, Peggy Nance, Marilyn Musgrave, and Dr. Robert Jeffress. Please join us for this demonstration of unity behind our pro-life legislators. Below are some of the images that have been seen nationally in the press and on social media, and that were applauded by Sen. Wendy Davis. Encouraging children to hold signs that would make a sailor blush? Texans are better than this.
