Southeast Texas Tea Party is hosting guest speaker, Dwayne Stovall, a Texas businessman who is considering a US Senate run against John Cornyn.
The event is scheduled for Monday, June 22, 6:00 pm at Trinity Church in Beaumont, TX. (See below for directions.)

Nationwide IRS Protests tomorrow (Tuesday) at offices around the country - Including many in Texas

There will be protest tomorrow, Tuesday, 5/21/2013 at IRS offices nationwide.

These protests will be peaceful and the rallies will be to protest the IRS ILLEGALLY targeting conservative groups

CONTACT YOUR LOCAL REPUBLICAN CLUBS OR TEA PARTY GROUP TO FIND OUT WHEN AND WHERE THE NEAREST RALLY WILL BE IN YOUR AREA.

In my area, there will be a rally at the Beaumont, TX IRS office at 11:30am.

By now you have probably heard about how this administration allowed the  IRS to target and harass TEA Party groups across America. Tuesday TEA Party groups across the nation are going to protest at their local IRS offices across the country to raise awareness to this inexcusable abuse of power, and how an agency of the federal government engaged in what could be termed 'terrorism' against groups because the had 'patriot' or TEA Party' in their names, or 'admitted' that their function was to teach about the Constitution, or seek constitutionally limited government.

East Texas Obamacare Forum Making BIG WAVES Nationally - Local Papa John's Forced to Cut Jobs

Last month, Jeff Sadighi and the Southeast Texas Tea Party organized a Health Care Town Hall.

Little did they know that their Obamacare Forum would lead to national attention.

This Texas Healthcare Forum made big waves after a local Papa John's owner, Ms. Judy Nichols, spoke at the forum and told the audience that Obamacare might force her to stop expanding, and even fire employees. This is all thanks to the fact that she will not be able to afford the increased expenses that Obamacare would force upon her business by having over 50 employees.

The youtube video of this statement by Ms. Nichols spread around the internet garnered local media attention, like this KBMT Channel 12 story, and even garnered national media coverage, including Ms. Nichols appearing on Fox News.

When Papa John's CEO John Schnatter announced that they would be forced to raise the price of their pizzas thanks to Obamacare, the national media was again buzzing, and Ms. Nichols kept getting more phone calls. Who better to quote in a national news article about Papa John's Price increases than Ms. Nichols, the southeast Texas Papa John's owner who boldly went to a small healthcare forum explained how Obama was the cause of her business hurting and the cause of her possibly having to fire people.

We had SOOO many Republican candidates and elected officials like all the area’s local Republican candidates to State Board of Education to State Senate and State Reps to Appeals Judges and Attorney General Greg Abbott!

Never have we had an event in southeast Texas with all the area Republican candidates and officials. This was an amazing opportunity to meet candidates from the entire area all in one place and it was an awesome get out the vote rally right before the election. So we decided that we will do this every year before the election.

It will only get bigger and better!

I was contacted by Attorney General Greg Abbott's campaign (Greg Abbott is standing up against bad Obama policy and has been fighting hard for Texas and conservatives) Anyways, they asked me to put on a big rally right here in southeast Texas (Beaumont, TX) on Oct 30th around 2-4pm (just 3 days before the election!) This will be one huge area wide final rally before the big election. It will probably be outside and will have other big name speakers. I need ya'lls help in getting this together. If we all join forces then we can make this thing huge and make a big statement to southeast Texas! I am talking about all the tea party members joining together and all the Republican groups joining together from north of Jasper county down to Chambers County and west to Montgomery and east to Orange.
