2012 RNC Benghazi Attack Ad That Never Aired - Romney Pulled Plug on Exposing Obama's 9/11 Attack Scandal

I always thought that Romney would have had a better chance to win if he had really gone after Obama on the Benghazi coverup... there was never a riot about a video and Americans died with no plan in place to go save them in case of a terrorist attack. Obama had not been to his security briefings, it was the week of September 11 and thee was chatter about a 9/11 attack. Romney went soft and made alot of people mad by not going after Obama over the Libya Islamic terrorist attack. The one time that Rmoney did finally mention it was in a debate with Obama and Obama was quickly able to change the subject and twist round Romney's words.

Apparently, we now know tht the RNC even had an attack ad ready to air but Romney pulled the plug on the ad.

We now know for certain that there was a coverup and massive failure by Obama's Secretary of State Department. This scandal could have come out before Obama's election but Romney pulled the plug.

ABC News has uncovered a hard-hitting 2012 Republican National Committee (RNC) television ad attacking President Barack Obama for failed leadership on Benghazi that never ran after the Romney campaign objected over concerns the spot would detract from Romney’s focus on the economy.

The ad, which is based on Hillary Clinton’s famous “3 a.m. phone call” from her failed 2008 presidential run, features a ringing phone that goes unanswered as images of the flaming U.S. consulate in Libya appear on the screen.

“The Call Came…On September 12, 2012,” reads the screen. “Security Requests Denied. Four Americans Dead. And an Administration whose story is still changing. The Call Came.”

As Breitbart News reported exclusively, in the week leading up to the terrorist attacks that claimed the life of U.S. Libyan Ambassador Chris Stevens and three members of his staff, the White House calendar showed no public record of Obama attending his daily intelligence briefings.

A study by the Government Accountability Institute revealed that Obama attended just 43.8% of his daily intelligence briefings in his first 1,225 days in office.

Morton Blackwell: FAKE GOP Convention Compromise. Conservatives Must Not Back Down! Demand Roll Call Vote!

Attention Republican National Delegates: DO NOT BACK DOWN. Go forward with the Minority Report. Reject these bad rule changes. DO NOT BELIEVE THE FAKE COMPROMISE. DEMAND A ROLL CALL VOTE!

This Morning I got an urgent email from Cathie Adams of Texas Eagle Forum. Cathie got an email last night at 3am from from trusted national conservative figure Morton Blackwell. Blackwell says that the compromise we have heard about is a fake that is meant to get conservatives to back down and not submit a minority report opposing these bad rule changes. The compromise only covers ONE of the bad rule changes anyways. There are other bad rule changes that need to be defeated, such as the proposed change that would allow the RNC to change the Party rules between conventions and with no approval from the delegates.

Thank you Texas Delegates (especially Butch Davis) for leading the charge to fight these changes! DO NOT BACK DOWN though, keep fighting! Do not settle on one change but then let the other changes got forward. We cannot give the RNC ANY power to chance party rules between conventions!


Below is the Urgent Message from Morton Blackwell about the Fake Compromise:

Dear Fellow Delegate,

You have heard the growing controversy regarding a number of new power grabs in the Rules of the Republican Party as proposed for adoption in the report of the Convention Committee on Rules and Order of Business. 

That committee report will be considered by the convention at today's afternoon session.

Do not be fooled into believing that a good "compromise" has been reached which is even near acceptable.

The Minority Reports are alive and well.  Although ferocious efforts have been made to get Rules Committee members to withdraw their names from the Minority Reports, grassroots outrage actually persuaded additional Rules Committee members to sign onto the Minority Reports since the Rules Committee meeting last Friday.

The Rule 15 "compromise" affects only one of the three most damaging changes which the Minority Reports would correct.  That is the proposal that presidential candidates would be given the power to disallow and remove delegates elected under state party rules or state law.

Unchanged in the "compromise" are the gutting of the currently-in-effect reforms which succeeded this year in stopping the trend toward a national presidential primary and the very worst change proposed in the national rules, the proposed new Rule 12, permitting the Republican National Committee to regularly amend the national party rules between the national conventions.

The Minority Reports would solve both problems.

Proponents of the "compromise" ignore the enormously destructive problem of the proposed Rule 12.  Rule 12 would enable 75% of the Republican National Committee later to eliminate their "compromise" and to destroy or make drastic changes in dozens of other rules which have served our party well over the years.

In practice, Rule 12 would enable an RNC chairman to enact almost any rules change he or she desired, because an RNC chairman already has so much power and influence that he or she can almost always can get 75% or more of the RNC members to vote for or against anything.  A chairman already has the enormous "power of the purse," and should not have also the power to change party rules at will. 

There is already quite enough power flow from the top down in our party.  Instead of approving more power grabs, we should be looking for ways for more power to flow from the bottom up.  That's how to attract more participants into our party.

The media's picked up on this series of last-minute manipulations by D.C insiders and consultants, and I'm sure you've been bombarded with contacts from both sides.

The truth is, this isn’t a compromise.  It’s far from it.

This is insider establishment politics at its worst – and they’re dealing furiously against grassroots conservatives like you and me.

And no change to Rule 15 will mean anything if a party chairman decides to use the powers given under a new Rule 12 that allows the RNC to change the Rules of the Republican Party between national conventions.

So I’m asking you to support the full Minority Reports on the Rules – and to not be fooled by any so-called “compromise.”  I especially ask you to take a stand in your delegation for a roll call vote on the Minority Reports.

Fox 19 News has released a VERY in-depth report about how the RNC is underhandedly getting around rules and stripping States of elected delegates, mostly Ron Paul delegates. I might have supported someone other than Ron Paul, but these Ron Paul delegates were elected by THEIR STATE and Congressional Districts and they have a right to be there! The RNC cannot just remove delegates that they do not like. They can create rules for the delegates but they cannot just remove delegates that they do not like! This is Ridiculous! 

The Republican Party must realize that they must work with Conservatives, Tea party Groups, Social Conservative Groups, and Ron Paul supporters if we are going to beat Obama. We need EVERYONE on board and working hard. Trying to win over moderates at the expense of disenfranchising your conservative base will NOT work!

Texans Have a Voice in 2012 Presidential Primary at State-Wide “Saddle Up” Straw Poll in Houston Jan 12 – 14

I feel that the Republican National Committee (RNC) has really gone wrong in allowing 4 states to go ahead of the rest of the states in the Republican Presidential Primary race. Who says those 4 states represent America? Why do their decisions get to propel a candidate into the front of the race? Why should Texas, which has the 2nd most presidential delegates, have no say in the Presidential Primary? State Republican Parties cannot even control what date the State Legislature sets for the Primary Election.

Now that the activist federal judges in San Antonio have pushed back our Presidential Primary election even more, Texas might not have much of a say about who the Republican Presidential Candidate will be. One of the judges is even the brother in law of a liberal Democrat Texas State Senator.

Thankfully, there is some hope. A group has organized a state-wide Presidential Straw Poll. It is called the “Saddle Up Texas Straw Poll” and it will be at Minute Maid Park in Houston, TX on January 12^th – 14^th, 2012

There will be on-site polling taking place Saturday, January 14, for President, U.S. House and Senate and Texas House and Senate seats. There will also be the opportunity to vote in the poll remotely via phone.

There is an excellent line up of speakers and the will also be hosting some excellent grassroots training during the event. 

This is not a fundraiser for any group. In fact, they are donating a large portion of any profits to three Texas Veteran’s organizations - Texas Wounded Warrior, Lone Survivor Foundation and a VFW museum in Katy, Texas.

Giving conservatives in Texas a voice in the Presidential Primary is the sole focus of this event.

This event might not be anything close to the Iowa Caucus, but it should garner some decent media attention this year and it is a great start. It will surely get bigger and better and become a greater opportunity for Texans to have their voice heard via a large, legitimate poll. As it is now, the Republican Presidential Candidate is usually already chosen by the time it gets time for Texas to vote.

Houston: The original mission for the devoted group of everyday volunteer Texans planning the Saddle Up Texas Straw Poll was to offer the voters of our state a more profound voice in the presidential primary process. Federal Court Orders April 3rd, 2012 Texas Primary Election – RPT Must Stand Up to RNC

Redistricting Update: San Antonio Federal Court signs order pushing all Texas Primary Elections back to just one date, April 3^rd, 2012. No split Primary dates.

When the US Supreme Court took up the Texas Redistricting Case, I wrote an article explaining that the likely thing to happen would be a split primary (March and May) with some of the elections, including the Presidential Primary Election, happening in March and the rest of the elections being pushed back until May so that the US Supreme Court can make a ruling. The is what the Republican Party of Texas was initially going for because it will devastate the ability of Texas to have a say in the Presidential Primary Election if we pushed the Texas Presidential Primary back to a later date like in May.

Well, many elected officials on both sides of the isles did not like the idea of a split Primary because it might be confusing.

Well, after lots of debating, both sides of the redistricting battle have come up with an agreement on when to have the Texas Primary Election and whether or not there will be two primary dates or just one.

There will be just ONE primary election in Texas and it will be pushed on April 3rd, 2012

The federal court accepted the agreement to have the Texas Primary Election on one date and pushed back to April 3^rd, 2012.

I will Push for the Republican Party of Texas to be able to change Texas back to a Winner Take All State so that Texas will have more say in Presidential Primary Election

Pushing the Presidential Primary in Texas back a whole month will certainly hurt the ability of Texas to be able to have a say in the Presidential Primary election. The election might be practically over by the time Texas votes and it will be MONTHS after the first Presidential Primary results in January.

Because of ridiculous RNC rules, the Texas Republican Party was FORCED to change the way our Presidential Primary Delegates are selected. In the past, whichever Republican Presidential candidate who won Texas got ALL of the Texas Delegates in the National Presidential race. We were forced to do away with this winner take all system and switch to a proportional system so that the Texas delegates are split proportionally based on the election results. This weakens the voice of the State of Texas in the National Presidential Primary Race. Whichever candidate wins Texas should get all of the delegates from Texas so that Texas can actually impact the Presidential race. With Texas being proportional and with the new Primary election being pushed back to April, Texas will have very little say in the Presidential Primary.

The Republican Party of Texas MUST change our primary delegate selection back to winner take all if we are going to have any say at all in the Presidential Primary Election and as a State Republican Executive Committeeman (SREC) I will fight for that. I have heard that Texas will not be allowed to resubmit their delegate selection plans to the RNC, but I believe Texas needs to stand up against the Republican National Committee (RNC) and demand that they allow us the ability to change our delegate selection back to winner take all since it is not our fault that the liberals took Texas to court and forced us to change our Primary Election Date.

Here is a Summary of the New Texas Primary Election:

February 1, 2012 - New residency deadline for candidates seeking election to the Texas House and Texas Senate. (There is no residency requirement for Congress).

February 1, 2012, 6:00 p.m. - New deadline of court-ordered reopened filing period, in which candidates for all offices have the opportunity to amend, withdraw or file a new application for the ballot.

February 3, 2012 - New deadline for Democratic and Republican county executive committees to conduct drawing for candidate order on ballot.

April 3, 2012 - Date of the 2012 General Primary Election.

April 14 or April 21, 2012 - Date of County and Senatorial District Conventions, as determined by the State Chair of each political party.

June 5, 2012 - Date of the 2012 General Primary Runoff Election.
