Beaumont ISD Raided by FBI – Admins Stole Millions – Texas to Take Over School District?

The Federal Bureau of Investigation has raided the Beaumont Independent School District and homes of two top School Officials. The FBI is assisting the US Attorney’s Office investigate allegations that School Officials created bogus accounts to steal money from the school and from the taxpayers. There is no official figure but rumors are that the total stolen could be in the millions of dollars.

No one should really be surprised at this I suppose. We are talking about the notoriously corrupt Beaumont ISD. I have written several articles about Beaumont ISD corruption in the last few years and I never even scratched the surface. My most recent article about Beaumont ISD was only a couple of weeks ago and was about a Federal Judge ruling the Beaumont ISD/DOJ election was illegal and also about BISD paying a top Administrator, Jessie Haynes, to be a fugitive.

According to KBMT Channel 12 News in Beaumont, “Agents with the Federal Bureau of Investigation raided the administration building early Thursday morning. They also raided the home of the district's Director of Finance Devin McCraney and the home of District Comptroller Sharika Allison.”

The Texas Education Agency is currently investigating BISD. It is believed that the TEA discovered the mismanaged money trail and contacted the Federal Authorities which led to the raid. The State of Texas denies that they knew anything of the FBI raid and the TEA says their investigation is unrelated to what the FBI is investigating.

Will this latest incident be the straw that breaks the camel’s back and forces the State of Texas to take over Beaumont ISD? This would not be the first time. Beaumont ISD has a long history of corruption and the State of Texas has had to take over the School District at least once before.

BISD School Board Member Mike Neil has been fighting to correct problems in the school district ever since he was elected. Neil told KFDM Channel 6 News in Beaumont, "There's no doubt in my mind there's been corruption in the past," said Neil. "Whether or not there's currently corruption, I'm not going to say. But there's no doubt in my mind this is not a correctly run district, especially from a business standpoint."

Ex-Hezbollah Commander/Killer Arrested in Texas

Counterterrorism officials on Wednesday revealed stunning details about 44-year-old Wissam Allouche, an alleged former Hezbollah commander who was arrested in Texas after being indicted on charges of not disclosing his affiliation with terrorist groups.

During Allouche’s bail hearing in San Antonio Wednesday, the prosecution said the FBI recovered documents they claim he fabricated to falsely show he had security clearances. It was also alleged that Allouche tried to “hook up” with women at Fort Sam Houston to possibly to gain access to sensitive material, MySanAntonio.com reports.

And that’s not all.

As previously reported by TheBlaze, Allouche was arrested last week for failing to disclose his membership in the Amal militia and Hezbollah in Lebanon in the 1980s and lying about issues concerning his marriage to a U.S. citizen. He is also charged with failing to disclose his ties to the terror groups when he applied for a Defense Department position that required security clearance.

If you haven’t heard of Allouche or his alleged plot to gain security clearance at the Defense Department, you’re not alone. A Google news search on the frightening story yielded very few results as of Wednesday night.

The FBI Joint Terrorism Task Force has reportedly been investigating Allouche for more than three years, even going as far as using an undercover agent to secretly record conversations with him.

The FBI reportedly raided his then-home in Universal City in 2011 and found documents he allegedly fabricated to show proof of security clearances, membership in U.S. special forces and Defense Department intelligence units.

 

It was also revealed that Allouche had at least three aliases, one of which meant “god of death.” Investigators claim the suspected Hezbollah member was known for “acting crazy or acting dangerously.”

“He admitted on tape that he was a member of Amal and that he was a commander of Hezbollah,” prosecutor Mark Roomberg reportedly told the judge during the bail hearing on Wednesday. U.S. Magistrate Judge Henry Bemporad agreed to keep Allouche in jail pending a trial.

Roomberg also said the suspect admitted to “sodomizing and murdering an Israeli POW.”

New Occupy Explosives Arrests, FBI Vindicated

Two prominent Occupy Wall Street movement activists have been arrested by law enforcement for allegedly possessing a cache of weapons and explosive material in New York City’s Greenwich Village.
The Occupiers, Morgan Gliedman, 27, and Aaron Greene, 31, were visited by New York City police in due to a warrant for Gliedman over credit card theft. Once in the couple’s apartment, police claim they found the explosive materials and how-to manuals on terrorism.
According to the New York Post:

“A detective discovered a plastic container with seven grams of a white chemical powder called HMTD, which is so powerful, cops evacuated several nearby buildings. Police also found a flare launcher, which is a commercial replica of a grenade launcher; a modified 12 gauge Mossberg 500 shotgun; ammo; and nine high-capacity rifle magazines, the sources said. Cops also allegedly uncovered papers about creating homemade booby traps, improvised submachine guns, and various handwritten notebooks containing chemical formulas.”

The arrests come at a critical time due to recent left-of-center allegations against the FBI for having apparently infiltrated the revolutionary Occupy movement. A recent document release from the FBI revealed multiple large scale investigation into the movement had occurred and many in the media continued their decades-long attack on the FBI for having looked into the movement.
Supporters of the FBI’s efforts have pointed out that the Occupy movement, though many participants may be well-intentioned, was ultimately started by individuals and groups with long histories of involvement with hostile foreign nations, support for convicted cop-killers, and advocates for arson as a political tool.

Liberty County is a rural county in between Houston and Beaumont in southeast Texas.

As a southeast Texas native, I have driven through Liberty County many times. Just last year I went right by this location when I picked up a fellow Army National Guardsman to go to training. There is nothing but trees and fields in this part of Liberty County. It is shocking that something like this has been discovered so close to home.
