Bible Verse Proverbs 29.9 Explains Joe Biden Behavior/Laughing/Smile in Debate vs. Paul Ryan

"When a wise man has a controversy with a foolish man, the foolish man either rages or laughs, and there is no rest." - Proverbs 29:9 

The biggest twitter and blogger buzz after the Biden/Ryan debate was a result of Joe Biden's childish Smiles/Laughs/Smirks throughout the entire debate. These laughs came at completely inappropriate times in serious discussions about important issues.

This behavior by Joe Biden confused many people. Leave it to the Bible though to clear things up and explain Biden's actions.

Proverbs 29:9 really explains it all.
